ya, jika kita makan benda bergula dgn banyak, dan kebetulan sugar tu naik dalam darah kita dan slow untuk turun, maka kita akan alami beberapa symptoms, dan seperti dalam article diatas, iamya memang terjadi.

yang selalu dialamai jika sugar tinggi ialah rasa tidak sedap badan, rasa lesu dan feeling unwell in general. Jika ianya menjadi chronic, maka kita mula buang air kecil dgn byk, dan jadi dahaga lalu minum air dgn banyak pula (increased thirst, polyuria, polydipsia)
