muscle n fat need different amount of calorie to maintain. but same concept apply here, why burn more calorie? depend on fat percentage.

nanti saya try tengok masa berapa lama saya exercise. rasanya lebih kurang 15 minit je kot 1 sessi. sebab kalau saya ikut lagu, dalam 2-3 lagu rancak camtu lebih kurang. saya bersenam kena ada lagu, pembakar semangat tu. :bgrin:

bukan depend ngan body weight 100%. depend ngan fat percentage level. biasanya org gemuk senang burn calori, tapi calori bukan sepenuhnya daripada fat. org kurus lagi senang burn fat. peratusan fat tentukan metabolic badan selain paras tyrosine. lagi byk kandungan otot, lebih tinggi metabolic. ada possibility org berbadan besar lebih berotot, jd pembakaran lemak lebih senang. tp ada juga kemungkinan org besar fat tinggi, menjadikan lebih susah unless follow training system.

Of course not 100% depends on body weight but body weight is part of it.
Sbb when you said body weight, the composition of fat, mucsle and water can be anything...
However, usually calorie calculator dont take into account all you mucsle or fat or water weight. Selalunya dia akan ambik your overall weight. The same goes to the calorie calculator dekat exercise machines

menu? tak menentu...ikut kelaparan.. tp kalau lunch makan berat selalunya...nasi, spagetti etc....than ptg 1 hour before bersenam elecom makan roti + yogurt

me pergi gym 3 kali seminggu...&  masuk dance class 2 kali seminggu...dance class tuh jatuh pada hari yg sama pergi gym....so maksudnya lepas exercise me terus straight away pergi dance class...

kalau kat gym...elecom guna alat exerise yg  tumpukan bahagian kaki + perut....lepas tuh guna mesin lari tuh for 20 minutes....

dance class tuh hip hop & house dance...setiap class tuh 60 minit ~ 90 minit....lepas menari tuh laa yg elecom lapar giler2....

mcm minggu lepas after dance class habis kul 10 mlm....blk terus tido....esok tuh pagi2 buta bgn sbb kelaparan...elecom tibai makan nasi ngan sambal ikan bilis pagi2 buta...pastu mata ngantuk balik and dushhhh (-_-)Zzzz.....:kant::kant::kant:

sbb tu i ckp, ada 2 type of calculation. biasanya normal machine akan kira berdasarkan bodyweight. yg advance sikit akan kira berdasarkan heart rate. the best akan kira berdasarkan heart rate n resting heart rate. x include body weight. itu the best.

220-Age= maximum heart rate
[(max heart rate- resting heart rate) X intensity latihan ] + resting heart rate = kadar nadi latihan

ni kavonen formula untuk kira training heart rate yg digunakan dalam burn fat. ada resting heart rate utk measure perubahan n tepat untuk kira fat burning. 65-75% of intensity utk burn fat. dlm formula ni takde include body weight.

elecom, now I know why you lapar... You ni active jugak. Since you are active, metabolism you jadi a bit laju and that's why you always feel hungry after workout. Don't worry it's a good sign. And do eat after your workout... combination of carbo and protein bagus. Carbo after workout penting sbb nak gantikan balik your energy yg hilang masa exercise. And usully after exercise, our metabolism jadi laju and that's when bagus utk you makan... However, try to control OK!

Betul kata Jackie tu, senaman adalah ubat yg paling mujarab utk kurus..saya yg tak gemuk ni pun, puas kena exercise pegi balik keje..turun naik tangga, jalan kaki, kejar komuter lagi..penat tuh..semput gak la nk sampai opis...tu kurus kot..hehehehe..:gila:

berat @64kg.. tinggi 5'2"

naz buatpun bukanlah jogging yang teruk.. cuma berjalan pantas selam lebih kurang 30-40min la..
3 x / week..
what i take is normal before or after I excerssive ni..
pagi .. meehon or nasi lemak or kuit
lunch.. nasi..+ lauk + sayur..
petang.. sometime kuit or nothing.. air kosonag je
mlm .. sedikit nasi + sayur + ayam or ikan

tapi selera tu memang lebihlah..
