if u stop exercise, bukan macam2 boleh jd ke? lethargy, kulit pun blh kendur as u grow older.
setau i la, a good weight management program will stress on eating a well balanced meal and exercise.
kalau exercise, tp tak control makan, susah nak lose weight. kalau control makan, tp tak exercise, maybe blh lose weight tp nanti metabolism rate turun. ni simplified version of explaining la ni.
i am not expert tp byk dah jackie bg info kat sini.

anyway, ada sesapa tak yg join fitness first kat KLCC and use the personal trainer? or jackie can recommend one?
thot of joining either fitness first or ttfc. target is to lose some weight and tone my body la

nak cari gym ni ada beberapa benda penting, rasanya dah cerita sbelum ni, trainer kena bagus, equipment ok, n u happy dgn environment dia. i dah lama x ke fitness first klcc, xtau sapa trainer dia. so x bleh recommend sesiapa kat sana.

anyway..  i gi personal session memula reg dulu.. now buat sendiri je.. tak larat nak bayar maa.. think most of the personal trainer kat sane baik2 n bagus2 belaka... try saiful or fendy... heard that they'r good..

i tak join mana2 lagi..either twin tower fitness center or fitness first la cadang nya.
after raya is the plan.
takde lady trainer ke? segan le..hehehheh
usually berapa rate dia..check out the fitness first site, tp takde rate rasanya.

Hahahaaha.. I wanted to say the same thing to her.. Tapi diam jer la sbb I tak berapa pakar.  The day before I actually went for a kickboxing session at a gym, tu yang terkeluar pasal going to the gym.  And that day at the beauty centre, I teman my friend untuk wat facial, but terlanjur kt situ, I pun tanyala memacam soalan.

Honestly, I still prefer working out.  Seronok peluh dapat keluar.

yeah after raye mmg patut join.. mesti ade promotion punye nanti..
lady trainer ade.. tapi tak ramai.. rase ade 2 org kat FF klcc ni... but u always can choose which personal trainer yg u prefer.. thats our right..
err..  once u register.. u'll get 2 free personal trainer session...  time ni just kasi intro je.. wat yg simple2.. tak byk sgt yg dpt dlm 2 session je.. just ajar basic how to guna the equip n sikit2 bout exercise..

after that if u nak proceed.. have to pay.. if i'm not mistaken rm105 per session (1 hour).. usually paling kurang org amik 5 session.. chewahhh.. mcm membership consultant plak wa ni..

anyhow.. contact la membership consultant if u wanna know futher more.. coz rate ni berubah2 sentiasa... takde yg fix langsung... makin lame makinm mahal je..

In terms of food intake after exercise (i understand that it is good to have a meal after), how much is sufficient?  Protein, carb, fibre etc..  Nak tau gak sbb lepas exercise selalu lapar nak makan aa.. hehehehe..

i read in SHape ngn Men's health.... makan carbs within 2 hours lepas workout....
time ni la kira nak cheat and eat carbs...

tapi i donno la about all these eating carbs n protein....tak terer... i bace gak org yg nak bina badan ... pas workout kena minum protein.....


tapi yg penting .... makan within 2 hours lepas workout.... kalau tunggu lama than that, might get even more hungrier and ups the possibility to binge-eat crappy food....

i make it in simple way, byk org crita lepas workout penting protein but dorang x crita lepas workout penting ada glucose. why? bila workout, u use glucose as fuel, lepas abis workout body tend to burn seomething as energy, metabolic akan meningkat lepas workout, so kalau masuk protein dulu, dia akan burn protein tu jd energy, bukan salur ke otot. half of the teori kata lepas workout protein.

apa guna protein? protein ni utk muscle which kena amik juga lepas workout. my advice is kalau yg guna supplement protein, kalau nak jd cepat, lepas training cari protein yg ada carb, jgn pakai protein isolate sahaja. or boleh tambah carbo dari minuman, cuba jgn masuk yg high fiber lepas workout. high fiber akan slowkan digestion protein. protein absorbtion is almost double lepas workout dlm average 2 hours.

how much protein is sufficent per meal, body dpt terima average dalam 30g protein per meal dlm 2 hours. tp kalau supplement body akan amik dlm 30% dari protein tu.

setiap org berlainan intake calorienya. kalau nak detail kena check pakai machine. tp boleh agak2. tgk result kat bdn. kalau jd gemuk, something terlebihla tu.kalau jd terlalu kurus mcm org sakit, bdn pun tkde tenaga. something kurang la tu. cuma make sure protein intake cukup, carbo intake cukup. i x recommend atkin diet yg suggest high protein diet. actually diet is very simple, follow pyramid makanan. yg paling simple jumlah carbo sama ngan jumlah protein, 1:1, lemak pun pastikan amik, tp good fat cam dari olive oil n so on.

I PERNAH MERASA KURUS DULU TAPI SEKARANG NIE BADAN PUN DAH NAIK BALIK......PENAT LAH NAK KENA BELI SLIMMING PRODUK NIE...NAK KENA DIET LAR......SO..APA YG I BUAT SKRG CAM NIE JER LAH...SEMENTARA ADA SELERA NAK MAKAN...MAKAN JER LAR...BESOK LUSA KALAU DAH SAKIT..SUSAH X LEH NAK MAKAN....DAN LAGIK SATU...PRODUK SLIMMING NIE  ADA KEBURUKAN YG TERSEMBUNYI.....KALAU X CAYA PERGI HANTAR KAT LAB...CHECK...APA DIA BUBUH DLM TUE...KALAU ADA ORANG BOLEH TURUN BERAT BADAN SAMPAI 5 - 10KG SELAMA SEBULAN....MUSTAHIL SANGAT2....

I wonder, apa agaknya dangerous substance yg derang guna dalam slimming products yg derang dok claim buleh slimkan orang tu?  

Btw, i have started exercising for a month now.. The results are slow, weight mmg tak turun sangat, but i dont mind that.  BUt i noticed that skrg perut agak kemas skit (still underneath some layer of fat hahahaha), am stronger and more balanced and then now senang sangat nak keluar peluh, tak cam dulu.  Bila jalan pun dah makin laju jer.. ringan jer.. Best.
