aku hari2 buat sit up gune ab-shaper..mmg perut flat dlm 10 hari..tp jaga  mkn gak..
buat 100x pg, n 100x mlm..skit je aku buat..penat wooo..tapi best time tgok tv pun leh buat sit up..best la ab-shaper ni..

Hi people

Shah ada la join gym kat subang jaya...fitness first.. Ada sapa2 kat sini yg join this gym? Shah dulu...slimming centre 2x pergi, baju pelangsingan pun ada 2 set, ubat kurus doktor pun amik juga... Tapi result not that good... susah nak maintain... Last kopek,join gym...and baru2 ni ikut FFL...

Alhamdulillah, w'pun slow but result tu nampak..bukannyer nampak pada scale, tapi pada pakaian yg semakin loose dan from colleague punya feedback... bila kita exercise, kalau nak nampak result yg bagus, kena buat cardio exercise and weight training. At least 1/2 an hour cardio and 15 mins weight training. Cardio exercise contohnya mcm jogging on the treadmill, briskwalk, latin dance... Haa...latin dance workout by Kathy Smith tu, boleh beli CD kat speedy video...it's a really fun workout.. Shah siap ajak anak menari sekali... :lol  During cardio exercise, to know the right tempo is you should be able to talk while exercising, tanpa mengah yg terlampau...

After that, buat weight training..kalau takde dumbell, isi air dlm botol mineral yg besar tu or 2 botol yg kecik tu, buat la toning exercise kat lengan or concentrate kat butt,thigh and leg. Our concern now is to lose fat and to gain more lean muscle. That's why kalau after a while kita buat this combination exercise, kita boleh rasa pakaian makin loose but kat scale masih sama juga reading nyer or bertambah. This is because we lose fat and we build muscle..and muscle is much heavier than fat... For toning exercise, rajin2 la beli CLEO or Women's Weekly... every month dia ada tunjukkan new movement. And don't forget to concentrate on the tummy area... mcm miss cakap, guna ab-shaper ker...

For those yg ada ongkos lebih, labur la sikit ke gym membership. Fitness 1st ni mahal sikit la kot...around RM147 per month for non-end user... suka hati la nak dok lepak kat situ sampai habis operating hours dia ke, nak pi 50x sebulan ker, lotsa classes as well..no limit... and ada sauna and steam room... Ada banyak lagi gym lain especially kat area KL ni... just tengok mana yg you prefer je... If ada extra ongkos lagi, appoint one personal trainer to teach you the correct method of exercising. Shah appoint one trainer for 3 mths and pay extra RM1K for that  :kant: So everytime kita pi exercise, this fella akan train kita sampai kita achieve the goal and give us motivation to challenge ourself..

rm50 tu consider murah. tapi still akan ada yg complain pasal harga. gym rakyat murah, rm2 sekali masuk. gym rakyat kg pandan agak ok.

good suggestion from putumayam. bawa anak jalan2. i ada client yg anak masih kecil, tapi still active dlm sport. manusia hidup untuk mencipta alasan. lg byk benda kita fikir, lagi byk alasan akan kluar. senaman ada pelbagai jenis. tak semestinya dlm senaman akan mengabaikan anak. sebagai contoh, ada pusat senaman yg menyediakan tempat jaga budak sementara ibu bersenam. antara nak taknak je. idea yg bagus juga dari Maisarah. bersenam dalam rumah.

SHE'S FIT is a nice gym. pernah g tgk. trainer dia ok. biasa kalau segan nak workout bersama lelaki, boleh ke gym begitu. gym2 besar pun ada sedia kemudahan workout area untuk perempuan dgn trainer perempuan dan tidak bersambung dgn tempat lelaki like California Fitness, True Fitness n so on

DARI PANGLAMAN AKK DUK GUNA PRODUK DCL NI, (HAAA...AKU JUAL PRODUK TAU!!:lol), SAKIT2 YG MENGHALANG UTK MALAS EXERCISE TU, DAH TERAMAT KURENG, MCM KEKADANG TU KITA BARU SENAMANG 1-2 SET BASIC JER, ESOK, CUKUP JE 24JAM, DAH JALAN MCM ROBOT!! TAK PUN MCM ORG BARU LEPAS KENA SUNAT.

dalam industri fitness ni, perkataan takde masa tu benda biasa. manusia akan keep kata takde masa untuk benda yg tidak disukai. sbb tu industri fitness kat Malaysia ni berubah.kalau tgk club2 besar di sekitar kl, fitness center tak ubah mcm club malam. kenapa? org suka pergi club malam coz ENJOY.word enjoy tu bawa maksud besar. fitness dah dijadikan satu aktiviti santai sampai bersenam. nak masuk fitness center skrang dgn lampu club yg berpusing2 berkaler2. jadi org yg takde masa, akan tertarik kerana seronok. betul tak?

ada 1 saja amino acid yg membantu dalam pembakaran lemak. ni common isu. benda biasa yg atlet guna. fungsi dia just untuk bantu tukar fat kepada free fatty acid. kalau nak tahu apa, boleh PM.

good explanation. the best water to consume during workout ialah air sejuk 2-4 darjah celcius.

yoga ni terlau besar maksudnya. kalau ikutkan yoga ni sejenis gaya hidup merangkumi pergerakan, pemakanan, spiritual n so on. Yoga yg diamalkan di Malaysia ni part of Yoga. Senaman Yoga baik untuk seluruh badan termasuk kelenturan, improve blood circulation, kurangkan berat, tegangkan kulit, organ2 luar dan dalam, n byk juga digunakan dalam terapi untuk sakit2 seperit sakit belakang n so on. ada juga meditation dalam yoga untuk ketenangan, otak dan sebagainya. i x mengajar yoga, so xtau la nak cerita step2 dia.

betul gak tu, exercise tu awet muda.

Antara kelebihan senaman untuk perempuan
1. nampak muda
2. elak osteoporasis(problem biasa untuk perempuan)
3. prevent pelbagai penyakit termasuk kanser.
