and baru terperasa, ada manjakani skalik la this soy mirifica - wah bagus cenggini, slain montok spotlight, kasik power peranakan kots......plus kulit gebus, tapi what i know, kalau memang nak concentrate bab kedut2 and kehalusan kulit, better concentrate kat soy collagen coz of the collagen....
kalo nak lebih tu penjagaan body baru soy mirifica, rasa sedap macam soya jugak....but the price a bit mahai |

kak emo taram terus 2 sachet a day...and i am happy with the result, tu yang skang tengah try (hr ni baru start) makan soy mirifica nyer...mana le tau kot spotlight naik mencanak hahahaahah |

kebetulan ckp psl eczema ni, babies boleh tak makan this soy collagen? i mean children..
coz my friend is looking for anything that can help with skin problem..her daughter doesn't have eczema, a different type of skin problem but more severe. |

arysa, just got the info fr company tadi....soy mirifica is a :no::no: untuk orang mengandung, but it is a :ah::ah::clap: for breastfeeding mothers....and soy collagen boleh di minum oleh kanak-kanak as young as 5 years old hinggalah ke orang tua, orang mengandung minum lagi bagus, and also breastfeeding mum pun bagus jugak! |

soy collagen: sebelum breakfast/lunch
soy mirifica : sejam before sleep (tapi smalam ku bantai sebelah petang...sebab over excited) |

Sis emo, sedap la rasa soy collagen ni..baru je lepas minum..i ni mmg soya2 ni slalunya takleh masuk, tak tahan bau and tak suka rasa..boleh minum ngan air panas or sejuk tak instead of air suam?
lepas tu, kalau minum byk2 sehari ok ke? lebih 2 kali sehari?
cam boleh guna untuk meal replacement je..sebab yg kat luar tu semua mahal2..hahahha
takut tak cukup nutrition je la nanti |
