boleh tau apa contoh proses yg jadi along the way if cek dah sign pun masih masuk lambat? adakah hr sendiri yg lambat masukkan dalam bank? takkan la bank nak lambatkan proses sbb mmg standard cek proses takkan la sampai seminggu

kalau pakai cek dah la proses cek 53 sen sekarang tambah gst.. kalau 2 ribu pekerja dah berapa habis nak proses cek saja.. ruginya kalau company besar still pakai cek |

Well, it could be numerous things.
The cheques could have been deposited too late for the bank to process before month end.
It could be the one raising the cheques for signatory wasn't efficient, meaning raised the cheques too late and big boss has already gone on holidays (which means bukan salah boss here).
It could be both deposited too late and bank took a day or 2 longer to procecss, perhaps due to cutoff period etc.
I've been in HR for quite a while, so tau2 la biasa benda gini penah terjadi sekali dua. But, yg paling penting gaji mesti dibayar no later than 7 days. 7 days late = acceptable in HR world.

Come on la. Poster yg meroyan psl gaji tu baru 27hb dah meroyan gaji belum masuk. Belum pun hujung bulan dah memekak.
Ada org gaji is paid only on the 30th or 31st of the month. Agak2 la kalau nak dengki dgn org lain pun...

so kalau lambat deposited tu salah hr la.. masukkan lambat kalau bos dah sign awal2. plus kalau bank amik masa 2 days nak proses pun takkan la sampai seminggu gaji lambat masuk

kalau gaji lambat sikit takpe sis.. kalau gaji lambat seminggu memang susah la. ada orang hujung bulan tu tinggal sikit je utk makan, ada yg nak bayar loan bank or kredit kad, kalau lambat bayar dari due date kan dah buruk record.. kena fikir dari segi tu jugak. btw company i dulu pun bayar gaji 7hb.. swasta mostly mcm tu. i rasa byr 7hb pun ok je tp kalau bos lambat bayar, mmg perit tu.

Tapi mmg under law usually dorang kasi sampai up to 7 days for employer to pay employee.. so 7 days kira masih ok la.. And jgn every mth.
Ni rasa2 tak sampai brape hari dia dah bising and also bukan tiap2 bulan. Sabar la.
Semua org ada tanggungan masing2... tapi baru 27hb dah ckp boss bayar lambat. Tak logic at all.
