Crazy Fan Attacks Kangta's Lower Body

Following Ella Koon recent sexual insult, yesterday when arriving at the Beijing airport, Korean singer, Kangta was harassed by a female fan that pulled at the top of his pants. Frightened, Kangta held onto his pants until he left the airport. In comparison, Twins who held an autograph session in Hong Kong, attracted over thousands of people, but still walked into the crowd to take pictures.

Kangta抯 flight arrived at Beijing抯 airport at 9 yesterday but left the airport at 10. Even though he was late, many of his fans did not leave and when the fans saw their idol, they let out screams and cheers. But Kangta, wearing a black beanie and sunnies, ignored the noises.

Just as Kangta left the building, a female fan came out of no where and began grabbing at Kangta抯 lower parts. This frightened Kangta terribly so he used his hands as a protection. Security guards soon pulled the female away but Kangta continued to be protective of himself and kept hold of his pants.

Kang Ta to Promote Culture Exchange with China
2006-12-13


Singer Kang Ta has been named the goodwill ambassador for the 2007 South Korea-China cultural exchange year.

The former member of the boy band HOT will officially be appointed at the Foreign Ministry on Friday and begin activities.

This year's designation was decided when Chinese President Hu Jintao visited Seoul last year. The two countries agreed to hold various cultural exchanges to mark 2007, the 15th year of bilateral relations. The singer was named to promote the cause as he is highly popular and active in both countries.

Kang Ta will attend a Foreign Ministry ceremony on Friday to receive a plaque from Minister Song Min-soon.

He said, "I'm honored by the appointment. I will strive harder to help boost the two countries' friendship."

[Mexicans Loves Kangta!]



Singer Kang Ta was very touched by the video his Mexican fans sent to him for his 27th birthday.

Kang Ta never promoted his album in Mexico but about 30 Mexicans, who adore his music, organized a small celebration to celebrate the birthday of their idol. They sang for him then blew off the candle lights and each one of them gave congratulatory messages. The whole program was recorded and sent to Kang Ta.

What touched the singer most was that in the video, the fans, who never went to Korea, shouted together "Mexico Saramdeuleun Kang Tareul Saranghaeyo", which means "Mexicans love you KangTa".

Kang Ta was a member of the group H.O.T., one of the most popular male groups in Korea at the end of 1990. He started a solo career after the group's separation. The singer plays an important role in the spread of the Korean Wave.

Kangta Lands Role in 2nd Chinese Drama

Singer Kangta, whose popularity spans all Asia, has finalized a role in his second Chinese drama, which will soon begin shooting.

The Chinese media on Tuesday said the teen drama series is called Namjaeyeomo in Korean, meaning "ability" for men and "beauty" for women. The Korean singer's first acting gig in China was two years ago.

At a Tuesday presentation of the drama in Hangzhou, Kangta expressed joy regarding his second drama and his wish to become a more beloved actor.

Kangta will play a talented heartthrob who is adored by many women but eventually chooses an ordinary girl.

Two Chinese teen stars will play opposite Kangta, and child actress Jo Jeong-eun will also appear.

This is UNOFFICIAL article report, but it seems to be known by KangTa Fans everywhere.

KangTa is playing....KANGTA!!!! for the new role in upcoming Chinese drama, schedule to shoot soon.

So the storyline isn't completely definite cuz the producer or writer may change it over time for whatever reason. But OMG read on and see how fanfiction-y this drama's gonna be! But I love it. The fans can practically pretend the girl is themselves. ^0^

So Kangta is a famous Korean singer (just like his actual self!). The youngest daughter is a fan who really loves this singer. Kangta goes to China for a performance but he gets into an accident and loses his memory (LOL I don't know why they're bringing back that Korean drama memory loss theme again.. but I actually like those so it's all good). It happens that the youngest daughter sees him and brings him into her home. But her mother opposes this. But she argues and Kangta stays at her house for 3 days.

But after 3 days she gives in. So her mom's on her way to take Kangta back to the Korean embassy but Kangta disappears. Kangta finds a work place in China and stays in China for a while. And then the two (Kangta and the youngest daughter) meet again. They're friends at first but they slowly develop into a relationship. <3 But later Kangta gets into another accident and his memory comes back (or his manager finds him... the story isn't confirmed yet) so Kangta goes back to Korea. He later holds a concert in China and the youngest daughter attends. During the concert they pick a fan to come up to the stage and she's the one picked!

The summary ends there but since the synopsis supposedly said it was a drama about the love story up to marriage, I don't know what's gonna happen lol.

I wouldn't even be surprised if this drama was based off of a fanfiction hahaha. It's so cute and typical but it should be fun to watch since it's supposed to be a bright drama. I don't know how they're doing this in 6 episodes but at least that means it won't be dragging. ^^

This drama is especially appealing cuz if he's a KOREAN star, he'll be speaking/singing in Korean. Which means we can hear his voice! T_T[/quote]

It does sound like a fanfiction...lol...my goodness...if only.
I'm just wondering tho, when KangTa (the character) looses his memories...how can the Chinese fans and Korean fans not know? I wonder how they will play that off as no one recognizes him as KANGTA....H.O.T. KANGTA!!!! And the scripts...it better sound like humble KangTa we all know and love, which shouldn't be too hard to act, rite?

Korean Singer Kangta Marries Eva Huang in Chinese Drama,

Kangtawho is gaining great popularity in China will be appearing in a specialdrama which will be produced by China's CCTV. Kangta's managementagency SM Entertainment revealed, CCTV, in honor of the anniversary ofthe founding of China on October 1st, will produce 'Jung's Girls' HappyOccasion,' where Kangta was casted. Kangta came to Beijing in theafternoon on the 18th and participated in the production releasemeeting for this drama.

'Jung'sGirls' Happy Occasion' or 'Ding Jia You Nu Xi Yang Yang' centers on thethree sisters' love stories and is a six part family drama about theJung family. Kangta plays the role of a Korean pop singer, Ahn ChiShien (Ahn Chil Hyun), who loses his memory due to an accident. He willappear in the drama using his real name. The drama also casts Chineseactress Eva Huang Shengyi who is the leading actress in Stephen Chow'smovie 'Kung Fu hustle'.

Kangtaand his costar wore traditional costumes to the production releasemeeting on the 18th, which drew attention as they performed a mocktraditional wedding ceremony.

"Upuntil now, I have not shown my personal side at a public meetingbefore, so although it is acting, I am happy that I have shown my realself through a drama," remarked Kangta.

Kangtaplans to concentrate on this drama until the end of this month, and thedrama will be aired from October 1st to 6th at 10:30 PM on China's CCTVChannel 2.
