Macam mana cara breathing sewaktu buat exercise ni.I have the same thing tapi belum guna.I only nak concentrate pada tummy.

tmpat keje i ni ade gym...doing senamrobik...tp i confuse la trainer dia buat  waktu tghri....setau i nk exercise pagi/ptg....cam pelik je...then i penah baca info waktu tghri tak sesuai sbb sistem badan waktu tuh tgh aggresif..smthing like that la..i pon x brapa fhm...so macamana tu?..gym kt sini x mahal RM10 per mth..special utk staff...

wah oknya.. rm 10 jek.. best aaa tp naper tghari... mmg x sesuai.... dlm RAPI kata senaman paling sesuai kul 4-9pm kalu x silap n waktu pagi...

Pernah terbaca satu artikel iaitu klu kita exercise waktu pagi paling bagus sbb sepanjang hari tu metabolisme kita akan meningkat dan membakar kalori lebih banyak dr exercise waktu malam. Betul ke?

aku pernah terbaca beberapa jam sebelum tidor tak elok exercise... tapi masalahnya aku terlupa "berapa jam"?... 1 jam ke? 2 jam ke? setengah jam ke?... boleh tolong terangkan tak, Jackie?

Workout sebelum tido bukan kata tak boleh, cuma workout sebelum tidor menjadi masalah susah nak tidor. tak jadi masalah kalau boleh terus lena, tetapi kebanyakan orang, mmg sukar nak lelapkan mata ataupun tido tapi separa sedar, tak fully tido. bila tak fully tido, badan tak cukup rest, which akan contribute to over training symptom.kadang2 kalau dah kerja n terlalu sibuk, terpaksa gak workout malam, dah jadi rutin untuk terus tido lepas tu, tak jadi masalah, just make sure ada meal after workout.

cara breathing ni bukan sesuatu yg kita perlu belajar. n x perlu hafal. kita akan automatically breathing cara betul dlm workout, cuma jgn tahan nafas.

workout bila tu tak kisah, cuma ada time tertentu yg better, cam waktu pagi. kalau free time tengahari, nak buat camna, daripada tak workout. bukan ckp workout tengahari xde kesan.

Untuk membakar 1 pound lemak, u should burn at least 3500 kalori, untuk hilangkan 1 pound lemak dlm masa seminggu, sekurang2nya 500kalori sehari dgn latihan yg betul, not just simply run on the treadmill and target for calories. dlm 1 gym session, boleh burn paling minimum 1000kalori. kalau seminggu boleh burn 7000 kalori, dapat bakar 2 pound lemak, hampir 1 kg lemak, bukan i kg berat badan. kan senang nak bakar lemak melalui senaman

Kalo main bola 30 minit ptg2 dlm 3 kali seminggu, ingat orait tak utk pembentukan/penurunan berat badan? Main bola ni boleh bakar kalori banyk mane ye?
