perasan tak lepas exercise bile kita dah sudah akan terasa sperti lega dan puas???

Ya...rabbi....my appetite pun sama....asyik lapar jer.
Dah setahun dah kita gi gym, and hujung bulan ni membership expires...
berat naik slightly tp fats reduce and the trainer kata i gain muscl ...

ia adalah 2 benda yg berbeza.

APPETTIE, well ialah NAFSU makan, org yg big appetite, tk lapar pn dia boleh makan. kalo tk boleh sgt kawal, boleh carik supplements untuk appetite surpressant.
HUNGER ialah, rasa lapar, salah satu cara badan nak menunjukkan dia sangat memerlukan nutrisi.

JANGAN TAHAN LAPAR!!! its a bad idea dan boleh membuatkan badan masuk ke catabolic mode, di mana badan akan menyimpan lebih banyak lemak.

kalo rasa lapar, MAKAN. tapi kene la tau apa yg dimasukkan di dalam mulut.
salah satu kesilapan org2 perempuan (sorry to say) ialah takut nak makan, dan berdiet dengan makan roti putih, diet katanya.

kalau lapar pada waktu malam dan masih awal, boleh je makan malam, tp try to avoid carbs. kalau makan di mamak ayam tandoori adalah pilihan yg bagus.

jangan makan roti putih sahaja, sbb GI (glycemic index) level yang tinggi, kalau nak jugak carbs, beli wholemeal bread dan buat sandwich telur atau tuna adalah lebih baik sebab GI level nya tidak tinggi lagi.

kene belajar nutrittion timing, jangan skip meal dan ada lg lah beberapa aspek yg lain kali boleh dijelaskan.

aaa masuk la.. gym ni kurus dengan cara sihat tau..
mula2 tu mmg pancit. dulu sejam je dah tak larat. skg, elle buat 3 hours sehari.
lama2 memang rasa badan cergas and lebih sihat..

yup betul..baik join semua kelas
mcm i layan banghra (cam tarian hindustan gak, siap ader lagu jai ho..haha)
then belly dance
yoga pun best sebab instructor org tua...so smooth sgt gerakannyer..hehe
then for cardio i prefer cross trainer and eliptical, kdg2 cycling gaks
