jackie, i ni bukan malas nak bersenam, tapi i ada anak kecil. masa bapaknye pegi jogging, i yang jaga anak, tapi kalau i nak pegi jogging, dia x nak jaga anak, camne? bukannye xnak bersenam tapi anak i takde orang nak jaga...babysitter plak, jaga masa hari keje je....

Tapi masih boleh tolak anak dlm pram kan.... jalan2 keliling park tu pun kira exercise gak.. this is what I did when my kids were still very small... bila dorang dah boleh jalan, bawak dia jalan2 keliling park tu jugak.. this way the whole family boleh exercise kan..kan..:cak::cak:

sofia, i ingat u mungkin boleh exercise dlm umah jer..mcm yg i praktikkan..
setiap mlm i wat aerobik, kdg2 menari..pastu skipping ngan sit up mmg wajib ler bagi i..at least mesti wat gak dlm 30 minit sehari..klu satu mlm x wat rasa x selesa..
tp i still nak tahu samada cara dan masa tu betul atau tidak.sbb tu i still need more info ttg exercise ni..

yup.. setuju gak dengan cara ni coz kak red pun buat cenni jugak walaupun anak kak red yg kecik pun dah ampat tahunlah.. tapiiii.. hari  minggu pegi jogging ngan asben je berdua.. hari keje biasa kak red wat kat rumah je.. dpt 3 kali seminggu pun ok.. supplement pun tetap kena ambik... ekekekk...

lelaki ke? patutlah intro garang semacam je...tapi bagus ek kongsi info kat kita orng kat sini..
nak tanya lagi , i ada beli easy strider tu ...bagus tak benda alah nie.ni khas utk nak shape kan apa ek? .nak jogging anak tgh berderet nie..tak leh nak  keluar rumah..

bayam penah join aerobik..tapi fail sbb koordinasi lari!! tangan bergerak kaki kaku..kaki bergerak tangan kaku..heran ler.!! sbb bayam kuat sukan kat sekolah even masa masuk maktab balik pun still wakil maktab utk sport...tapi koordinasi fail! malu kat makcik2 yg lagi berumur..diorang selamba je beraerobik.. last2 pegi sekali jer..hehehheh..

hope u xtersinggung aper yg i cakap on the early on tis' tread... the way u put ur tread cam nak jual /propmote somethin'... there is a lot of newbie yg cuba buat camtuh padahal clearly stated dlm rules that xleh niaga2 depan... nak diskus pasal barang bole but not jual... why i stick with tis' forum is bcos a lot of info bukan purely intention nak jual2...

why i say that most ppl has a lot of alasan?? i used to work in nutrician site...always to no avail giving ppl advise on EXERCISE.. regardless gender,race,miskin,kaya etc... but most bg alasan xder masa.. blablablablablablablabla..... sampai u rase fed up pon ader...

most resort to pill, a few doing myriad, weird diet... so.. i m used to tis environment. Exercise?? hmmmm no komen ler... most give up after 3 mths.

btw.. u mention pasal fat amino chain in ur post previously...
--is there any clinical papar yg support???
--mana u tau pasal benda nih??? studies buat kat mana...??
--ape nama prof yg buat?
--aper methodology of that research??
-- kat mana research tuh publish??

sometimes mmg ada clinical paper & the result shown result bagus2 tp if participant ade 5 org ajer mmg ler result bagus...

bayam, dulu cikgu aerobik aku kata, org yg koordinasi dia lari tu, sebab dia malu.. kalau malu memang tangan ngan kaki takkan sama.. yg lebih gerak, cuma tangan, tapi kaki, kaku jer..

so, nak buat aerobik, jgn malu, belasah jer, loncat jer, kangkang jer, henjut jer.. mesti jadik

masalahnyer aku tak le pulak terasa pemalu masa buat tu!!lepas yg tak jadi baru malu! kui!kui! hehehe! tapi instructor tu kata jugak nanti lama2 boleh tapi masa tu dah tersegan..heehhe! bayam pi ni kat penang..kat kawasan rumah jugak...mmg dekat je that place actually ngan rumah...tetiba rasa cam rugi lak berenti..:hmm:
