i pun believe in exercising. even ffl promotes 20-30 mins of cardio activities every day. i ni if tak de kawan memang hancus. dulu join fitness first, pagi2 abt 7.15 i dah sampai. but i suka ikut class than do the circuit training. then i got lonely pasal tak de kawan...so i stopped. dulu after gave birth to tia, selalu ikut my fren gi aquatic shah alam gi swimming. i tgk mamat2 kat situ, asyik menyelam aje...ye la, kita masa tu breasfeed, jadi sesuatu memang menyerlah la kan! but it worked la. before kahwin i memang rajin gi gym.

tu yg i dok ajak sapa2 kat area ampang to brisk walk with me around tmn TAR. ingatkan, after i've gotten over my morning sickness ni, nak start walking again...kasi fit sikit this pregnancy. ada nak ikut tak in april??

dulu masa belajar...hari2 pegi lari keliling tasik kat bangi tu... 5 kali pusing  tanpa henti...
betul2 sihat n...senang mlm2 nak tido sebab letih...
tak penat langsung n rasa badan ringan je....

sekarang ajak hubby lari....mesti ada je problem ..balik lambat la....jam la ....
sekarang buat skipping je... tu pun tak buat hari2...
bila la nak fit macam dulu

nak beli ab shaper tu try dulu sebelum beli. macam i try dulu ,jgn malu kalau ada orng tengok2.  tapi i dah try l level yang paling ringan pun still tak boleh angkat badan. last-last instructor tu kata kalau rasa berat sangat & takut tak terbuat ambiklah easy strider tu lebih fun tapi lambatlah sikit nampak kesan. AB shaper tu  memang cepat nampak kesan  tapi den tak larat walaupun hati tu nak sangat beli, takut nanti terkubur je dlm bilik.Lepas buat  AB shaper tu terasa sakit kat kaki, and tangan. maklumlah jenis tangan, kaki kecik tapi perut dan punggung besar.he..he..he..

Secara ringkasnya, Bila dalam senaman, protein diperlukan untuk nitrogen balance n mostly dalam jagaan muscle. glikogen akan diguna sebagai tenaga dan juga untuk pembakaran lemak. bila habis senaman, glukose perlu ada supaya sintesis protein tidak berlaku. biasanya berlaku bila tenaga out atau bila worng training method yg membawa kepada pembakaran protein. tisu2 yg rosak perlu dibaiki dgn kehadiran protein yg perlu, yg terkandung dalam BCAA.

dan satu lg masa bersenam tu jgn tggu kita rasa haus baru minum
minum sblm kita haus sbb kalau kita dah start haus tu badan kita sbnrnya perlukan air sejak +-20 minit lepas

me pun alone kat sini yela...to make it wost i dont speak their language!lagi haru!
cam u senang jugak make frens walaupun mula2nya alone pasal still can understand them
tp lonely2 pun me ikut sbb nak kurus dan sihat punya pasal.org tak leh diet la katakan

lagi2 dlm bilik senaman yg berhawa dingin. tak rasa nak minum. minumlah air yg sejuk, 2-4 degree. jgn minum air ais

ab-shaper ni dlm rm199-rm299..ikut tmpt nak beli..kat carrefour rm199..kalau belu kat fitness shop mahal skit la..tapi sama jer..

bagi aku, bende ni seswai tuk aku yg mls nak excercise kat luar..leh buat depan tv lagi..pastuh skiping..
nak buat yg extreme kene pergi gym la gamaknyer..sb takde kawan..excerciese kat umah je la..janji excersise skit2 jadi la..5-10 minit sehari..

normally i spend money for my diet not for equipment. so, every i just buat crunches, leg raise yg mana tak menggunakan peralatan langsung, just use body weight

skrang ni byk makan kat luar. takde masa nak masak. makan kat luar, skali makan dekat 30 gak. makanan tak berminyak tp mostly high calorie.
