rasanya dah jawab kat atas, tak jadi masalah workout bila, takde law cakap tak boleh workout tengahari. takde law juga cakap kena workout pagi/petang. cuma berdasarkan research, pagi the best time.tapi research pasal ni tak pernah ada jawapan pasti. ada research kata pagi hormon testosteron(perempuan pun ada) lebih tinggi which help dlm muscle building.boleh stay alert one day kalau workout pagi, badan segar(alert epeperene untuk stay alert). takde conclusion yg tepat pasal benda ni. sbb jika workout dlm suasana berhawa dingin, still boleh contribute to thermogenic effect, peningkatan metabolic berdasarkan haba. jadi kalau workout dalam bilik berhawa dingin, tak rasa workout tengahari pun. sbb tu kebanyakan gym design fully air condition reach human comfort level which will effect hormone level. conclusion kat sini, daripada limitkan time workout pagi/petang, but hanya ada masa free lunch hour, better workout lunch hour.

kalau still takde overtraining sympton mcm terlalu letih, lesu, n still rasa bertenaga, apa salahnya

maybe 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 depend on ur position. tapi dalam main bola, tak boleh nak target kalori cause sometime heart rate will be high, sometime slow. tak follow principle untuk burn fat yg perlu follow intensiti tertentu untuk setiap org. so play football might improve for ones maybe not for others. untuk bakar lemak u need to maintain heart rate between 65-75% of maximum heart rate dlm aerobic aktiviti.

salam..rasa berkobar2 pulak nak masuk gym srakng ni..ye sbb byk sgt alasan takde masa tambah dgn anak yg kecik lagi tu yg asik pk camne nak bersenam.. nak harap berjoging semingu sekali seminngu je laa..  kalau dah plan nak jogging waktu ptg,  tgk langit mendung sikit je terus tak jadi....thanks jackie sekurang ada jugak motivasi untuk kitarog melakukan senaman, tak kira la masuk gym ke , senam di rumah ke..tgk atas availability masing2 la kan..

Sama la kita 02...putri pon semangat gila nak exercise...be4 this tiap2 ari buat 30minit jer...harapnya semangat haku ni bukan hangat2 tahi ayam ler jackie, nk tanya skit...kalori yg kita bakar tu, bergantung kat berat badan tak? Sbb member putri buat exercise yg sama ngan putri...kitorang guna alat yang sama....masing2 but 30 minit tapi yg muskilnya awat dia nya pembkaran kalori lebih byk dari putri? Tu yg confuse ni....mmg dia nya berat badan lebih la compare ngan putri...boleh jackis tolong jawabkan tak?

bila dalam 1 workout, i x prefer tgk kalori. kalau target nak burn certain kalori, biasanya org abaikan training sistem cos secara logicnya kalori terbakar lebih apabila kita tambah kelajuan dlm jog. better kalau dlm sistem latihan then baru target untuk kalori. kalori yg terbakar dlm sistem latihan yg tak betul, maybe dari muscle breakdown, or glikogen sahaja. bukan setiap org dpt buat training yg sama. if u give me 10 person, i will give u 10 different way

pembakaran kalori berganutng pd kadar metabolisma individu...may be kawan putri tu kadar metabolisma dia lebih tinggi sbb tu dia bakar lebih byk calories dr putri

pembakaran kalori tak semestinya daripada lemak. pembakaran lemak memerlukan karbo dan oksigen. Kalau menggunakan sistem heart rate, better beli heart rate monitor daripada produk2 yg tak guna. dgn heart rate monitor dapat setup latihan aerobic dgn kadar yang betul. kadar nadi rehat perlu dikira, diwaktu pagi ketika bangun tido.

220 - Umur - Kadar Nadi Rehat = Kadar Nadi Max
Kadar Nadi Max * Intensiti Latihan = Kadar Nadi Latihan

Kadar nadi Latihan yang diperlukan untuk burn fat adalah sekitar 65-75% darpada Kadar Nadi Max. Jika dapat maintain heart rate dalam kadar yang sampai, comfirm bakar fat. Jika melebihi kadar nadi tersebut, let say around 75-above%. akan menjadi training cardiovascular sistem yg mana bagus untuk seorang pelari pecut n possibility burn protein sebagai tenaga tinggi jika melebihi masa tertentu. Untuk memastikan burn fat, perlu sekurang2nya 20 minit dgn intensiti yg betul. Heart rate monitor boleh didapati di kebanyakan kedai fitness, quite cheap.

Jika tiada heart rate monitor, boleh guna cara manual, kira pakai tangan ke nadi. tapi kerja leceh. Ataupun boleh gunakan RPE, guna cara mengagak iaitu jika kira berlari contohnya, adakah kita boleh bernafas lancar, or tersemput2, dan boleh bercakap lancar atau tersekkat2. Jika boleh nafas ok, dan bercakap lancar, baru boleh burn burn TETAPI bukan terlalu slow sampai tak rasa apa, buat larian tersebut n maintain sebelum nafas tersekat.

Jika berlari terlalu laju, kalori yg terbakar bukan daripada fat. sumber tenaga terakhir ialah protein dimana pada ketika itu, badan akan sifat fat n burn protein. Jika terlalu slow, badan cuma akan bakar tenaga yg ada dalam badan, glikogen dan tidak dapat mengaktifkan fat untuk ditukarkan ke free fatty acid untuk ditukarkan sebagai tenaga

erm jackie,i ade beberape kemusykilan yg i hope u dun mind 2 answer it 1st,...i ade dgr,...org kate skipping is 1 of da good ways to burn fat...is it true?? klu btul, brape lame kt perlu skipping dlm sehari 2 burn at least 500 cal. a day coz u said "u should burn at least 3500 kalori, untuk hilangkan 1 pound lemak dlm masa seminggu, sekurang2nya 500kalori sehari dgn latihan yg betul"....can u gimme some advice on dis?

skipping boleh jd good, boleh jd bad. depend ngan org tu gak. tp daripada semua activiti cardio. i do suggest stairs climbing. boleh burn 1500 kalori dlm masa setengah jam compare to berlari.

saya kat rumah takde tangga. so lari setempat je la. plus sit up. skang try buat hari-hari sebab kalau buat seminggu 3 kali, nanti selalu lupa. hehehehe...

Umah tak dak tangga.....kalau pi tumpang kat apartment seberang jalan tu.....sah2 d katakan kurang siuman plak...:stp::stp:
