lol chem  .....no problem la dear.....taste very nice.....hemo told me to take 2 times a day for 10 days......after that take once a day.....but i am going to continue taking it 2 times a day cos i love the taste :bgrin: |

i dah beli yg choc flavor punye..memang sedap...I take twice a day...pagi before breakfast and malam...
