Sorry2..cikgu tak sihat 2-3 hr ni..eheh ( pelik pulak bahasakan diri cikgu )

We are still compiling participants for the Shah Alam workshop. Once we are ready, we'll give a shout to those who are interested yea.

Since ramai jugak yg berminat dekat KL ni, I'll start my class again at Yoga2Health, Bangsar Baru. Most probably weekend, on Saturday. Kasi feedback yea, hari and mase yg convenient to most people.

However, those yg betul2 berminat, and if you have a group of friends from work ke, or your makcik2  ke..you can always call me up and ask me to go to your house. We can do a private session at the comfort of your own home!

kat opis I ni, tkt atas baru buka gym utk pompuan. the ower (Chinese & Malay lady) tanya tau sapa2 boleh ajr belly dancing tak coz ramai yg tanya dia (owner). If you dont mind can u pm me yr no so that I can ask them to call u ASAP.

Apology for the delay in answering your questions.

I haven't been feeling  very well this past few days, thanks to the weather and bad diet! ;)

I am up and running again now. Alhamdulillah.

I will go and talk with the yoga centre's owner. Maybe around 6.30-7.30 or 7-8.

I was watching the new vid clip of Shakira and Beyonce 'Beautiful Liar' onYoutube the other day. My do they have beautiful body! Curvy and arched all in the right places.

Not too much of a coincidence that both of them always use belly-dancing inspired movements in their dancing..so there's always hope for us to look like them! . Just as long as we keep belly-dancing

kat celebrity fitness subang parade ada!!!!mmg syok...dapat step...dah paling syok tgk tukang ajar..si brancy tu!!fullamak....dia nyer dress up marvelessssss.......kalu tgk masa kelas fun step dia lagik la!!smlm sia pakai short aper ke nama tu..yg mcm spender tu!!sumer lelaki dok leleh air liur...
tapi belly fusion ni..kalu new beginner mmg sakit sikit arr...especially tang perut!!mak aii!!!mcm nak tercabut jer time dia goyang2 pinggul tu!!!!

I penah wat kelas skali dekat The Curve. It was fun because the stage n hall is huge!

Normally I go there as guest instructor or replacement instructor.

You can request to the centre if you want a belly dance class there. That's how I get to go to The Curve last time, thorugh member's request.
