Our style of belly dance uses all the muscles in the body in a really enjoyable way. What is of particular significance is the way all the smaller underlying muscles get used. The problem with conventional muscle training regimes is that they tend to focus on only the large really obvious muscle groups and there can then be a tendency to develop a "hard" muscular look.

Dekat Youtube punye videos, there are many types of belly dancing. Some are good, some are not.
Basically, you can only know which one are good after your learnt the dance and when you've watched considerable amount of videos and performances.
The easiest most important factor to know whether the belly-dancer is good or not is when their movements are isolated and controlled. |

I am afraid I can't call that true belly-dancing. In my opinion, that's a fusion style of a few types of dance, with some belly-dance inspired movements.
I'll try and paste the link of a few of the better belly-dancing videos that I found. Better in my opinion, of course. |

Neena and Veena's videos are not too bad. They covered quite a lot of the basic movements.
You can get their videos at most video stores. Look at the fitness dept.
But the one that you saw on YouTube, I don't think I have ever seen it in Malaysia's market yet. |
