flower...dekat apt syah ada star lrt station sentul timur dan ada juga komuter station sentul. both stations are within walking distance...
kalau drive, my apt is right at jl sentul itself...juz beside la salle school...less than 1km from sentul polis station.
bila dah dekat date tu syah akan post road map. |

Hi Sheila,
For beginners, vcd Rania tu quite good. However, the vcd is more for fitness. So, tak de la banyak sgt blaja. Lebih byk exercise. Yg better is sactually Neena n Veena's. Diorang ni twin. Ade from basic, beyond basic, and more fluid style. Tp vcd diorang ni agak susah nak cari.
Belly dancing ni, once u belajar, u can dance until your old! It's a low impact, and doesnt involve a lot of jumping around, so senang la bila lutut dah tak berapa larat kan  |

tula.. rania rasenye more towards fitness.... i was quite dissapointed gak... coz nak blaja from basic, slowly how to do the movements.... tapi ade extra stuff kat CD rania tu... die aja gak horizontal 8... basic camel....tapi kejap je
