weh korang.. caner nk dapat dapatkan flat abs... especially.. lower abs.. mmg susah nk bentuk.. any exercises yg berkesan... dan caner nk buang lemak kat tepi pinggang... i barely to reduce it!

cara paling berkesan adalah dengan joging dan buat sit up . cara puasa yang betul gak boleh ilangkan bonjolan nih weh


cara paling cepat dan bahaya . gi buat sedut lemak

sit up 100 kali setiap pagi... pelbagaikan teknik sit up tu esp kalau ada simpan fit ball...

huyoo... mahal gak tu.. tapi itu cm tak berkesan.. secara praktikal kureng la kot.. tp ako skang sedang mencari exercise yang contoh cam sit up.. masalah nyer sit up byk jenis.. skang nk fokus pada lower abs.. caner tu...

kawan lady ada ajar dua jenis tapi ni pompuan.. lelaki maybe bleh guna gak kot

first situp yg biasa buat tu

second, baring, then angkat kepala n badan skit, and angkat kaki dua2 n buat cam tgh kayuh beskal tu lam 10 kali, buat laa brape kali... yg ni memang berkesan.. nanti perut mmg cantik

and kalo nak hilang lemak, byk2 kan menari n  shuffle haha
kawan2 lady yg lelaki, dorang menari shuffle ramai yg gemok gela jadi kurus gela

contoh : pinggang 39 now da pinggang 32
itu my cousin n my sis nyer bf, pown da kurus giler n stylo
