ICCO is located in Ibaraki City close to Japan International Cooperation Agency, and near Osaka University and the Expo Commemeration Park.   
There is access by road from Osaka (about 40mins from Hommachi) and by rail.

Directions from Toyokawa Monorail Station (It's about a 7 minute. walk)

Exit Osaka Monorail Toyokawa Station by the elevator and walk down the slope away from the station and the tracks. Go straight ahead at the crossroads and take the 4th turn on the right. Go up the slope and the first house you come to on the left is the center.

Monorail



From Umeda Hankyu Station

Take the Senriyama line to Yamada Station (26 mins.).   
At Yamada station change to the Osaka monorail line.  
Take  the monorail for Handai Byoin and get off at the next station,  Toyokawa station (11 mins.). Its about five minutes walk from Toyokawa Monorail Station.(see above)

From Shin-Osaka

Take the Midosuji line to Senri chuo Station and change to the Monorail line.  
Take the monorail for Handai Boyoin station and finally get off at Toyokawa station which is about 5 minutes walk from the Center.(see above)  

You can also take the JR Tokaido line train to Ibaraki Station then take a 92 or 93 bus.

From Kadoma

Take the Osaka Monorail and get off at Banpaku Kinen Koen station and take the monorail for Handai Boyoin station and finally get off at Toyokawa station which is about 5 minutes walk from the Center (see above)  

By Bus from Ibaraki JR or Hankyu Station

Take the number 92or 93Bus from Ibaraki JR Station or Ibaraki Hankyu Station and get off at Saiinomotoshinryosho bus stop, which is soon after the bus turns off Route 171. (It's the last stop for the 93 bus).   
You are now only two minutes walk from the mosque.   
Cross the street and follow the narrow footpath by the right side of the Shinryoujou Clinic until you come to a narrow street. Turn right and the mosque is the second building on the right.

Tapi rasanya still kena letak nama2 city cam Osaka-Kobe-Kyoto-etc kat title tu kot.. takut ramai taktau Kansai tu menda..

tapi kalo biar jer pun aku rasa ok jer kut.. memandangkan Osaka = Kansai hub

and boleh pinjam beskal for free...

shared bathroom...setiap floor ada bathroom sendiri tapi besar laa
cam dekat asrama pon ada feeling dia

and dekat tingkat bawah ada onsen
kalau tanak bogel boleh mandi onsen tengah2 malam

Sekarang ni dah masuk Fuyu/Winter... pengalaman aku main Salji/Ski kat area Nagano
dan Gifu serta Biwako Valley

main Ski di Jepun sangat mahal ... biasa kalau package termasuk baju/kasut,snowboard atau ski kit serta lift atau gondola/ropewayboleh cecah 5000-15000 yen ...
kalau tempat persendirian yang Kecil murah sikit tapi kadang2 dia orang amik Salji kat tempat lain dan
tambak kat situ






kalau pergi awal dalam awal December ada setengah2 tempat ski masih dalam penambahan salji



Area Nagano dan Gifu serta Biwako Valley













Selalunya Waktu malam setengah tempat Ski lebih murah dari tengahari

takoyaki dekat Jusco MV ada..tapi punyalaa kecik tak puas makan pun
okinomiyaki tak pernah jumpa kat Malaysia lagik...
