Produk nie jenis minuman. Kena minum 3 kali sehari. Tapi jgn ingat minum B'Young nie bole nampak hasil dgn sekelip mata.

setiap hari mkn aiskrim, roti canai, burger kentang goreng McD... nanti cepat gemok..
nak lagi mudah, minum coke selalu..

yup..betul jugak..coz ada yg kata kalau nak tambah berat badan makan je burger banyak2..lagi2 burger doublecheese mcD tu..tapi masalahnya nanti mengundang penyakit pulak ..kan dlm istilah kesihatan kata kalau kita makan fastfood esp burger, lari round 1 padang baru hilang kolestrol nya'..

lor..kata nak naikkan berat badan... mmg kena mkn yg lebih berlemak. selalunya org kurus ni high metabolisme..jadi dieorg mkn lebih lemak pun takpe.. yg penting kena active. jgn mkn yg berlemak je pastu kuat tido atau suke lepak2, baring2 tgk tv..mmg la tak sehat.. bukan setakat naikkan berat badan je, trus jadi cam manjalara..

eee..nyampahnya ada org nak naik berat badan! kalau boleh sedekah lemak kat org lain...i bagi kat u!! best nya dpt makan segala benda without naik badan. very the lucky one!

bukan gitu cara terbaik utk naikkn berat badan...ambik cukup karbo, protein, buah, sayur dan tambah spplmnt jgk pastu buat xcise utk built muscle, berat akan bertambah skit utk capai ideal weight.

satu lagi.. tiap-pagi amalkan makan nasi lemak non-stop selama sebulan hahahahaha.... roti canai koman2 kena 3 keping.  pastu nasik ayam.. kulit ayam jangan buang kalo makan KFC.

makan nasi & makan malam.
dia ni pagi nasi kuning(nsi lemak+telur goreng+pedal n ati goreng), petang nasi campur, malam nasi lagi. tegah malam, lapaq cari McD, kfc @ pizza. ala makan nasi banyak2. duit pun x bayak pakai kan..

memang seronok sbb boleh makan apa2 je tapi yang tak seronok nya still nampak kurus lah walau pun makannya banyak..sometimes bila orang tegur ckp "awak ni kurus sgt lah" jadik geram pun ada gak..:@..tu yang nak bagi berisi skit
