pelik kalau xterasa nak kencing, biasanya mesti terasa lepas sejam 2 minum air. or nak buang air besar pn time2 tuh jgk.

Aku minum sebelum makan at least 1 jam sebelum makan dan 1 jam selepas makan.........
x ske makan berulam minum......kembung sangat......
memula diet aku makan nasi dalam mangkuk, nasik satu sudu......(huhuhu...diet macam Ziana Zain puloks...)lauk sayur menimbun
lepas dah biasa bile beli nasik campur walopong mintak nasi kurang aku rase kenyang sangat, pasal dah biase makan siket + lauk sayur berlambak.....
mmg lah memula rase macam nak terkencing jek minum air bebanyak pepagi buta sampai nenek aku maki aku ape mende ntah yg aku wat nih...........
tapi bile dah biase x rase pape  pong........
rase badan lagik segar+bertenaga sepanjang pagi adele..........

yup dude...aku baru beli lipo 6 nih , aku makan 2 biji sehari ... 1 biji belah pagi dan one more belah petang ...
nak makan bende nih kene exercise ... kalau malas , buat je skipping ...alah!! biar peluh tu keluar .. kene banyak minum air..

berat aku sebelum nih 82 kg ... dah 3 hari  aku makan pil nih .. berat aku skang , 79 KG ...

bila makan bende nih , ko akan rasa 'burning sensation' kat perut ko .. perghh!!! mmg sakit sikit tp takpe , bile ko bersenama , rasa tu hilang camtu jer...

aqu sejak kawin mmg perut tak puncit...petua nya lepas mandi korang kena urut kat ari2 tu lepas tu tarik buah za*** ke bawah sbb kat situ banyak angin tu pesal perut org lelaki banyak angin...

try la insyallah menjadi...aqu da amalkan sejak zaman bujang lagi...

banyak tips2 mudah camne nak dptkan abs berketul2 ... berlambak dlm youtube tu... nak ngan xnak jer..
aku skang dlm proses mengempiskan perut ... uiks , skang berat aku 75 KG .. huhu!! motivasi sungguh ..
