dah try punn..siap 3 botol lagi..perisa coklat n vanila...tapi badan makin mengembang...bukan makin kurus....

dina gi gym tak hari2...tapi gym tu mmg ada hari2... ...

sori kengkawan..dina tgh tensen....nak layan kepala....habis semua benang haku nak masuk malam ni...

tapi gi gym dina paling suker yg mesin gegar2 satu badan tu...best tul lah.....paling maksimum brp lama ya???

a friend of mine wants to transfer a membership of CELEBRITY FITNESS (ONE UTAMA BRANCH)... the usual enrollment fees = RM498, but due to the transfer, anybody interested will just hav to pay RM298 enrollment fees, monthly RM149 ONLY. pm me asap by February if interested. good bargain!

i pun pergi gym...
wlpun x  pg hari2 tapi tiap kali pergi mmg exercise bersungguh-sungguh
makan cam biasa but i try to cut the portion especially nasik
berat mmg tak turun sebab i rasa maybe muscle yang terbentuk kot
tapi i perasan inch makin kurang
dh bleh pakai baju2 lama semula
but i nasihatkan korang cuba masuk thread lagik satu
THREAD CARA LANGSING dan KURUSKAN BADAN
sana byk senior yang tau pasal diet and exercise
i suka lepak saner..hheheheheh

pastu dia dtg kat haku....adik...bila la nak kempis perut tu kalau dok buat lagu tu jer.. ......

ahkak pun penah pegi gym .. mmg ada trainer.. bagila tunjuk hajar bagai.. tapi sendiri lak rasa jemu

takyah g gym ler...wat senaman dancing..baru buleh kurus.then control makan..ble dah kurus,baru g gym.bg body ketat...g gym sbb nak bagi kurus mmg tak dapek ler..so g cari kelas aerobik or dancing..join kelas linda jasmine kat ampang tu pon ok gak..

satu lagi diet kena jaga.

sy pun ade msalah yg same..byk exercise tpi x turun2 gak. So sy ambik Rxlite n exercise sekali..Sgt berkesan:)
