2 bln pertama mmg tak turun berat sbb muscle tgh develop..rasenyer la hehe..
kalo nak lost weight jer wat cardio byk..weight training membentuk muscle..muscle lebey berat dr fat

list lah kat sini, gym kat mane2 area klang valley ni & caj dia..

bulat nka gak survey pasal gym nih.. sebab nak pegi jogging cam xder mase lak...

i x ada trainer. i ada baca dalam internet. ambik Online Personnel Trainer. biasa lah kan, teory dgn praktikal x
sama. itu pasal betis jadi keras.

bukan trained fitness instructor tapi dulu masa aktif pegi gym aku banyak study pasal teknik melalui reading.pastu rajin tanya orang .
dari cara org buat excersice aku dah tahu org tu buat cara betul atau tidak.

yg paling penting.teknik kena betul kalau tidak buang masa dan tenaga je.

cara weight lifting untuk kuruskan badan tak sama cara nak bulid up muscle.

High Intensity Interval trainning 4 Fat Loss

I selalu buat treadmill ikut H.I.I T ..1 minute walk, jog,fast jog..walk, jog,fast jog,
walk, jog,fast jog, Faster jog,walk, jog,slow walk, slow work. total 14 minute.

ye benar lah kata Defeduck.. i salah cara ..

ade member pompuan kat opis pun mcm ni jugak ..

kat opis ni ade gym, die pegi hari2 dh bertahun tapi takde nmpak perbezaan pun ..

sebenarnye 4 kali seminggu tu terlalu kerap .. kalo work out the same area terlampau kerap ia cuma akan membesarkan otot .. so kalo boleh, gunakan sesi utk work out di bahagian yg berlainan .. kalo perut kerap pun takpe .. pastikan rehat/tidur cukup lepas workout spya otot tk jadi terlalu keras ..

kalo boleh jgn makan nasi langsung .. ade member saye mase kecik dulu mak die lagi cun drp kakak die .. rahsienye mak die cuma makan nasi secupak utk seminggu. mmg disukat dan diasingkan dlm almari. anak2 tkleh usik beras tu.

lagi satu, elakkan air bancuh atau sebarang air bergula, minum air masak jer .. tapi susu minum la 2 gelas sehari .. saye teringin sngt nk amalkan petua nih, tapi rase malu nk order air suam mase lepak ngan kengkawan, nnti dorang ingat pokai sngt dah...

GYM mana?

Banyak gym yg u boleh pergi.kalau boleh dekat dengan tempat kerja. balik dari kerje
boleh terus pergi. kalau ajak kawan2 lagi baik. baru bersemangat.
i join Fitness 1st. sebulan RM159.  Tapi ada kawan join Calofornia Fitness kat Sunway. dia kata
sana lagi best equipment dia.x silap, dia kata murah lagi lah.

saya juga pegi gym..tapi saya amik personal trainer (PT), ni semua kerana nak kuruskan bdn...kita bukan setakat buat cardio saje untuk kurus..tapi kita kena juga buat weight..bila kita buat weight muscle kita akan build up...dari situ metabolisme badan kta akan naik..macam saya..berat badan saya tak turun sgt..tapi body saya dah shape up & baju yang selama ni tak muat dah boleh pakai..terus terang saya katakan berat badan saya tak turun sangat..hanya 3 kilo..dari mula saya joint...dari bln 12/07...tapi bentuk body saya dah ada..jean dulu saya pakai 36..skrg dah 32....tapi berat mmg tak turun sgt...mungkin lama sikit baru turun lagi...
makan pun kena control
macamni lah u cuba amik PT dulu..takpayah amik sessi yg banyak...amiklah dlm 10 sessi..belajar ..then lepas abis sessi dgn PT tu ..u buat sendri seperti apa yang diajar...

last time i banyak buat cardio like body combat, body jam, step and etc....tapi bila i borak2 dgn PT kat situ, diaorg kata untuk kurus/better shape, we need to do weight training more.

So skrg ni i dah start buat banyak weight training + body pump.....
so far, i dah nampak kesannye...seluar dah banyak yg longgar2.....

tp...berat cenggitu gak....

kalu dah pegi gym for 2 mths and 4 times a week...
tp berat still maintain...sure ader yg x kena...

at least masa u lari kat threadmill tuh kena larr
30min...then baru guna other equipments...
makan pon nak kena jaga...
with all that discipline insyaallah berat u memang
bole turun...yg paling best u ader stamina and
ur body gets fit...

Ada usaha..

mmg nak lari 30 minit..tapi kalau ikut H.I.I.T ni,14minute dah berpeluh2. heart rate pun dah dekat 140.
penat ooh... dari sehari ke sehari, i akan tambah 1 minute sbb ada org kata, kalau dah buat rutin yg sama tiap hari, badan x akan turun berat sbb badan dah biasa.
