weight training tu exercise yg guna equipment yg berat2 tulah.....dia tak mcm body pump...yg guna bar je...dia ada special equipment untuk part2 tertentu badan kita..

kalau cardio pulak...exercise yg macam guna treadmill, aerobic, body combat, step, body jam and etc.....

sharelah sikit kat sini... tommy pun sama... pergi gym mcm nak rak... tapi bila timbang tang tue jugak nombor yg keluar... smpi tension dibuatnyer...



tapi yg pasal baju sumer dah loose tue mmglah betul...

yerlah... tommy pun nak tau jugak nie...

weight training tue mcm mana... mungkin tommy pun salah gak...
klu pergi gym, tommy buat treadmill 30min, cycling 15mins, lepas tue wat situp.. then angkatler benda alah berat tue... cukup 1 jam... hehehe...

weight training is for muscle and body toning, cardio is mostly for your cardio strength (jantung lah kott)....kalau buat cardio, heart rate kena jaga, baru burn the right thing.....if you are feeling hungry after each gym session, that means you are burning energy and not fat because we are using our energy for all of the session......

our heart pumps blood to the whole body, blood supply the oxygen........cardio training will enable our heart to pump the blood efficiently to the whole body, contohnyerr, kalau dulu jantung kita pump 5 kali, the cardio training will help us to pump 2 or 3 times to get the blood running........so kita boleh sustain lagi lama.........

kalo nak tahu cara betul exercise better amik personal trainer. i pon sama suke buat cardio sbb bila peluh rasa best jer . saya tak nah amik pt tp adala yg free masa subscribe tu. dia kata utk burn fat, kalo wat cardio masa exercise tu jek dia burn fat. kalo wat weight, dia tak berenti. masa kita tido tu paling aktif dia burn fat. so kalo nak loose weight paling bagus wat weight la.
tapi saya suke la wat cardio. selalu gak terfikir. takdela org kata kat saya tp saya fikir sendiri ..hehe.. masuk gym tp sama jek.. hehe.. tp sebenarnye badan kite lagi sihat dan risiko utk penyakit makin kurang. saya kalo amik bp selalu takut bp tinggi. tak pernah lagi tinggi tp dah dekat2 dah. pastu lepas join gym bp normal. sihat.. seronok je rasa masa tu. at least badan kite sihat. org overweight ni kan risiko penyakit lagi besar. sama gak masa test gula. org ingat saya tinggi. sekali rendah jek. tak ingat berape. tp org terkejut je sbb beza saya yg besar ni jauh dr derang yg jauh lagi kurus. seronok sgt...hehe.. tp makan pon kene jaga lah kan..

I paling suka buat cardio...body combat...best sgt.....

memula memangla payah, tapi lama2 best sgt......

skrg ni pun tgh giler buat exercise....lunch time gi fitness centre kat opis  buat yoga ker, pump ker....then ptg gi gym kat tpt lain pulak......

chayok2!!!

err nak tny you pegi fitness first kan? bukanke ada 2 free sessions with PT?
dia akan ajar basic2 camner nak buat weight training...yg guna equipment or dumbell...
i remember during my free sessions PT dia ckp normally first 2 months u wont see the difference sbb most of ur fat akan bertukar jadi muscles...lps tue baru ur weight akan turun
dont worry yer...saya pun baru join gym nih and tgh ambil personal training...lps nih bleh buat sendiri..saya nyer kelemahan part lengan huhuhuhu tapi rasa berbaloila

Memang ada pun

tapi lebih baik kata x ada sbb nasib i malang dapat PT yg teruk n nak duit aje.
kedekut ilmu. bukan nak burukkan PT tu, 1 jam pertama, setengah jam dia sembang2 pasal goal i
datang gym. Pastu, suruh lari kat treadmill 15 min, pastu tunjuk sikit2 cara guna mesin weight 10 mins.
last 5 mins, dia suruh sit up.. sit up kalau pakai ball x pe gak, ini yg biasa. sit up biasa, saya x payah
pegi gym pun boleh buat kat rumah hari2.

sakit2 badan 3 hari lepas pun x hilang lagi.. dia suruh cycle 10 mins. dia suruh buat, tapi x share tip, or cara yg betul. mana lah i x puas hati. pas cycle, dia suruh buat weight training utk kaki and chest.
waktu tu i dah x larat sangat nak angkat beban tu. Pastu.
PT tu pun kata. " oklah, lain kali u free u dtg cari i,,itupun kalu i free". Itu aje.. 2 sessi yg x membantu apa2
pun.sesi dgn PT tu bukan free pun. bayar lah. mahal tapi x berbaloi.

Bestnya kalau dapat PT yg bagus. bayar mahal pun x pe asal hasil bagus...

body combat...my favourite!
bayangkan, saya yg mmg tak bersenam dr sejak zaman sekolah lg pastu join gym masa da keje baru exercise balik. terus join kelas bodycombat. pastu 2 hari takle gerakkkk ekekek!! nak solat punyela susah. nak turun tangga seksa ya amat. tp lepas ok tu, bukan main best lagi dok sidekick heheh..
lg yg saya suker rpm ngan bodyattack. ni mmg penat giloss.. bodyattack nampak simple tp sekali bila buat..huhu semput

saya pon dr segi weight takde banyak kurang tp body mmg tone ar. mmg org tego nampak lain.
