Pergi GYM hari2 x kurus2 jugak...

teknik pernafasan penting semasa melakukan weight lifting .bila nak inhale dan bila nak exhale.berapa banyak circle dan repetition kena ambil kira.biasanya
kalau i pergi gym i akan observe siapa yang baru .tengok cara dia prepare untuk excersice .tengok cara dia buat .kalau nampak tak betul .kena la sapa.kesian tengok kalau org tu g gym nak kurus tapi cara tak betul.yg dapat hanya kuar peluh,penat dan sihat je.lagi terus kalau cara salah terus sakit belakang aatau
urat.jangan main buat je.silap buat merana.badab bukan nak pakai sehari dua

heart rate 120-150, atas treadmill, berapa lama tu ek?

aku pun gi gym gak.. selalu jalan laju2 aje aku tak suka jog .. machine treadmill tu auto ada selection untuk fat loss, cardio training n all.. aku selalu select cardio.. heart rate dia fixkan kena 152.. kalau heart rate aku naik aje, treadmill tu akan slowkan kelajuan secara automatik.. selalunye setengah jam aje aku maintain jalan laju2 pastu akan berpeluh satu badan.. adakah mencukupi 30 minit? atau kena lebihkan?

bole ke makan carb lepas work out? maklum le lapar gila la lepas senam, lapar sampai takleh tido

sharingan .. kalu orang tu bebetul dev muscles, dia akan jadi lean. kalu dia tak kurus jugak, tak nampak kurus.. mmg something wrong dengan diet n exercise dia ..

and please, carefully choose trainer yang ada sijil okay dia tak train orang 12 jam sehari, dia tak jual produknya, dia ada history eating disorder

kalau dia dah hapal ni.. u cakap la kat dia satu muscle dalam saintifik, kalau dia kata tak tau.. toksah train dengan dia...

kalau dia tak tahu apa itu trapezius ke apende... n dia kata dia tak guna saintific word dalam etc2 blabla... tipu la

banyak trainer kat malaysia ni tak qualify..

XOXo is rite... do not starve.... kadang2 u all rase makan 2 kali sehari aku mesti kurus... tapi peliknye, tak kurus2 pun....

it's noit that way... it's better for you to makan 6 kali sehari tapi in small portions... kesimpulannya, semua apa yang u makan portion dia sebesar tapak tangan je.... don't starve urself...

bout gym activities... time doesnt count, it's the quality.... ok i bagi memula u jejak gym, buat cardio around 8-10minutes je ( jgn ingat 30 minit u lagi berjaya) it's different... macam one of the forummer in 1st page cakap... tak bermakna u lari u akan burn fat.. lari usually is for ur heart.. to burn fat if u lingkungan 20-30 makesure heart rate u sekitar 127 je.... so, i suggest to maintain if ikut kajian i yang suke ke gym ni, u buat spedd 5.0 and incline 5.0. seolah-olah naik bukit, it'll burn fat and heart rate takkan go beyond 135... then buat weight training 3 equipment; every equipment buat 3 set with 15 reps. then u WALK (don't run ok?) balik atas threadmill 3 minit, then weight training balik, then 3 mins threadmill and yada-yada.. repeat everything sampai badan u cudnt take it... ehheheh not that much la but no more than 2 hours ok? i kat celeb fitness ou.. sesape yang dekat bolehla join.. i buat weight training tapi tak guna weight berat2 coz itu seumpama weightlifting. just light ones with more repetitions equals to lil cardio....

it want intensaive weight sket i'll go for bodypump class... believe me it's great and it helps.. a lot! =)

yup.. jangan makan sikit sangat. bila exercise, sure needs energy.. so kena la makan amaun yang munasabah..

I datang 4 kali seminggu.lepas balik keje. memula ada wat warm up sikit. pastu baru pegi treadmill ikut H.I.I.T selama 15 min
and bertambah dari sehari ke sehari. pastu buat weight lifting ikut bahagian2 muscle yg i minat lah. abdomen, lower back,
arm,chest. time pulak lebih kurang dah penat, tukar yg lain2. itu aje lah sampai 1 jam. pastu terus gi bilik sauna 15-20 mins.
kadang2 pegi steam room.  pegi sauna boleh kurangkan water retention.

masalah i, i ni bukan gemuk air, angin ke.. tapi gemuk daging. itu yg liat sangat nak kurus tu.

makanan sebelum dan selepas gym ?

sebelum kena makan apa supaya ada energy ?
kalau selepas pulak ?  sesiapa ada menu yg sesuai and boleh
kita share bersama.

lagi satu nak tanye, bukan ke bila kita maintain heart rate kita untuk satu jangka masa yang lama, example heart rate for burning fat 127-135, pastu kita maintain jog/brisk walk for 30 mins, this will burn fat too?

if tak burn fat, wat happen then? dia build up muscle kat kaki or just menguatkan jantung dan aliran darah aje ke?
