aku kalu kat lantai... angkat tangan ler....tak terangat pun ... kalu kat dinding tu.... bleh ler.... skrg nie dalam toilet pun aku buat.... .... nasib baik toilet office aku nie wangi.... kalu tak mau aku pengsen kalu lama2 kat dalam....

posh... aku lak... kalu body cam tu...nak pakai shorts pant... .. tapi dalam umah je lah... kalu pakai kat luar kan.... mau aku kena ngorat lak...

tu ler.... aku rasa cam semacam jer kalu dah makan benda yg aku tau kalori tinggi..... tapi kalu tak makan kang.... kempunan lak nanti... so, aku makan tapi small portion... lepas tu belasah buat exercise.... dgn harapan makanan tu jadi lemak... tapi camne pung.... makan malam memang kena ban dr rutin harian aku....

tak dapat bayangkan lunges tu exercise yg camner.... ... kaka bim yg baik hati.... bleh tulung lukis gambar tak?

senaman yg kita baring... lepas tu kaki naik atas dan buat cam kita tgh cycling tu dengar katanye bleh kecikkan peha... pena tak dgr pasal nie...

lagi satu nak tanya... lemak kat belakang aku nie manyak sangat... ...exercise camner yg sesuei yek?

update hari nie.... berat 63kg... pagi tadi g jalan2 ngan mak....dalam 3km jugak jauhnya....

tapi...... nak buat pengakuan... aku makan mee goreng utk b/fast hari nie ..... so... utk menebus kedosaan nie... t/hari aku kena makan biskut jer kot.. & ptg kena jogging lagi.....

aku sekarang ni mmg tak makan nasik waktu malam.

kalo lapar aku cuba untuk cari makanan lain.
