long time no see..bz sangat eh study ..ehehe

bim menten je..belum kurus lagi ..haha
masih begitu juger..walaupon byk baju ku sudah muat
dan aku asik meroyan je beli baju baru skang ..
walaupon ade yg tak muat, akan ku simpan di dalam peti..

tapi ina dah nampak perubahan..ada pic kat umah lama..
seronok tgk dia pakai kebaya ..hehe
pastu nenek ade la kasik pic nye sebelum...selepas takdek..ehehe
posh ade bg gmbr sekali je aritu..hehe
mirza smpai skang tak kesampaian nak tgk gmbr dia..

arini bim ade appt ngan dietitian pkl 10am
nanti i report back here k ..

lagi satu...... berkesan ker kepada sesiapa yang amik pil perancang...
me memang consume contraceptive pills nieh....

aku masuk melaporkan diri..... ... still tak sihat tapi tak jadi ambik mc... (mana posh nie...... ...entah2 dia ambik mc shoping )

selain ambik lipo nie aku :-
- makan kureng banyak dr biasa..... ... still ambik nasi masa lunch... dinner minum milo jer

- tido cam biasa.... cuma kalu lepas subuh... aku tak tido lagi.... sekarang nie aku teman mak aku jalan keliling taman

- execise.... dulu amat ler pemalas.... skrg nie tiap petang aku jogging + jalan dalam 4km gitew.....

- buat frog squat... w/pun aku rasa macam tak kena jer gaya aku...

buat masa nie tu jer yg aku buat.... lepas nie nak beli tali skipping....

morning all....apo bondonyer...wa tgh work hard ni nak kecikkan bottom part.... siksa beb...lemak tepu yg wa kumpul selama 4 tahun.....skrg wa tak bg can everyday wa jogging + skipping....hopefully kocik laa bawah nie......amin......kalu dah kocik PERFECT,....

balance diet kan...actullay our body needs all kind of food...but must be moderate.,.... mlm tadi wa takde selera....wa makan sup tomyam.....yahooo.....balik jogging kaw2....

wa satu ari tak masuk tak leh......ni laaa tread yg motivate wa..........biler joint tread ni dgn magixnyer wa ada power utk diet + exercise walaupun penat camana pun wa gagah kan.....

jalan beb if u disiplin....as long as u exercise....don't depend on food + pills....coz kalu u exercise nanti biler kurus body mantap beb.....kalu diet + pill biler kurus....body geleber.....believe me...i pernah diet ...tp tak exercise....sekojap jer..pastu naik balik...tp biler exercise+diet+pills...dia nyer result was very good.....

if u rasa nasi make u fat...cam i laa everytime amik nasi....even sesudu + nasi lemak weekend....dah rasa bersalah yg amat....tu yg balas balik dgn workout.....find whatever food u nak rasa/ mengidam....u can take but u kena balas balik dgn exercise....dgn cara ni ur body takkan simpan lemak.....mcm i pun dah regret....i dulu before married mmg rajin swiimming+gym....somemore kat tempat kerja dulu ada facilities....i sanggup tak makan lunch semata nak exercise...;but make sure mornign u take foodlla....tapi biler dah kahwin luper diri...coz i thought i takkan mengembang....confident tinngi beb.....hubby lak selalu puji..last2 puji punya puji...amik ko kerlaut....sedar....bawah kombang....perut lak tetiba ada lapisan....pastu lengan ada sayap..mcm org giler i amik mcm2 ubat herba diet ni....tapi satu pun tak jadi...coz after kahwin langsung tak exercise....hubby wa pun lepas kahwin pemalas nak exercise....dulu masa nak tackle wa kan main six pack dia....dah dapat kelaut jadinyer.....so laa ni i dah insaf,,,,kalu ditakdirkan my target jadik.....i akan terus buat cam yg i buat skrg....takkan tinggalkan exercise...skrg nie sejak rajin exercise i dah tak semput biler naik tangga,......alhamdullilah...selama ni asyik dok tunggu hubby..last2 i do it for myself.....

sorry yek....panjang lebar lak wak membebel kan sini....kalu nyampah tak yah baca ler..... saja nak luahkan perasaan betapa menyesal nyer wa....

carbs + sugar important to our body....pls follow food pyramid....hang nak ikat perut2 giler buat per...nanti sakit/dah tua..paa pun tak leh makan.....I pun taksub nak kurus gak dulu sampai makan pun kira brp kalori...last2 i follow what BIM said.....makan ajer tapi moderate...la ni wa tak stresss......thanks BIM....
