pes hj manan ni klu dia sj kurang sikit bagi tekak kita orang. selalunya akan mix dgn pes Liza....tu barulah best. lagi satu.....my family klu sambal tu tak macam sambal kat kedai gitu. selalu buat sambal belacan sarawak style. cili ditumbuk lumat, letak ikan bilis, tumbuk lagi hingga agak lumat then baru taruh belacan. klu style sambal ni lagi terangkat makan beb.......

boleh x sape2 bagi cara-cara nk masak laksa sarawak ni? Kira bg resepi la nak wat laksa sarawak ni....bahan apa yang kena ada?nak masukkan apa mula2?kemudian apa?   

East bukan org sarawak, tp ari tu ada terbeli pes hj.manan tu....tapi smpai skrg x reti2 nak wat sebab xdop cara memasak pon ditulis kat citu...xkan nak main lempar jek segala jenis ramuan dlm periuk tu

please saper2 yang mahir wat laksa sarawak ni, bleh bagi detail cara2 nak masak...

all in I give Kuching Sarawak 10/10
Memang best.So many things to see.The culture ,the nature.Best.
Boleh tengok monkey,orang utan,buaya,dolphin,fireflies depan mata
To know about the headhunters,kisah2 orang Penan yang berpindah randah.Dan paling lama tinggal kat satu kawasan 6 bulan sahaja.Macam mana kaum Bidayuh tanam padi nun tinggi kat bukit.
Cerita - cerita history bout Brooke-Rajah Putih,Rentap memang syok.

And Kuching City so clean,cantik.

I loooveeee.

For me on par macam places like Bali

Dah sik tahan gilak marek nyuroh adik mek meli pes hj manan ya kat choice mall, hopefully today boleh courier ngan kamke, n weekend tuk tercapaila hajat kamek nak makan laksa polah dirikmpun

Nengar kitak cita pasal sambal belacannya pun mek dah kembang aek liorrr

AAEastern....Ni kalau aku masak buat style ni la...tak tau org laen camner. Sumer benda ni ikut kita punya citarasa n stail masak le ekk...:

Bhn2:

Pes Laksa Sarawak
Mihun
Santan
Tauhu/Tauhu pok (ala yg bulat tu..betul kah kak dee??clarify k..sik sure nama, jus beli n masak jak)

Garnishing:
Isi ayam
Isi udang
Telur buat omellete, hiris as strip
Daun Sup
Taugeh (optional, kot ada org x suke ke)
Fish cake (optional jugekk )

Cara2:

Ayam n udang rebus dulu (kalau jumpa tulang ayam tu sekalikan, lagi cantekk...leh dpt sup lebih nyamannn ), kira kalau boleh nak dapatkan stok ayam/air rebusan ayam tu lerr..Kalu boleh buat benda yg sama gak dgn udang fresh. Ada org just amik air rebusan kulit udang tu. Biarkan sup ni sejat sket. Xnak bayak sgt sbb nanti nak campur lagi dgn santan.

Bila dah dapat sup tu segala, keluarkan isi ayam and carik2, ketepikan sbb later nak wat garnishing. D same thing dgn udang tu (bukan carik, ketepikan .

Dgn sup ayam and/or air rebusan kulit udang tu, masukkan pes laksa, biarkan sampai mendidih, sentiasa kacau. Bila dah mendidih, at this point, ada org suka strain/tapis d whole sup+pes ni sbb nak alihkan ke periuk lain ke or x suka hampas2 bahan perencah. Mcm aku ikut mood le...

Then bila dah rasa elok separuh masak, masukkan santan, sentiasa kacau jgn bagi santan tu pecah. Jgn lupa gula, gara,perasa segala tu..Time ni kalau nak masukkan tauhu tu boleh gak, tp kalau nak jadikan tauhu tu part of the garnishing pun bboleh gakk..

Tunggu je kuah ni sejat lagi sikit, dah ko estimate elok2 masak dah boleh tutupla api dia n sedia utk dihidang. But before dat jgn luper celur mihun tu ekkk

Nak hidang: mihun, then siramkan dgn kuah laksa, then masukkan all d garnishing tadi, n finish off dgn hirisan limau kasturi and sambal cili/belacan spt tips yg disharing2 oleh akk dee kat atas...

Kira2 gitu le caranya ..Feel free to fit in ur own style yer kekawann.....Kalau ada sesapa lain yg nak sharing2 tips menyamankan laksa diorg, sila2 yerr...aku pun boleh belajar gakkk

thanks gasing wat summary neh....sgt2 berguna utk aku yg last minute br nk studi psl kuching neh...insyaallah aku g sana ahad neh...aminnn....dh book HV...tourist guide lak kwn hubby..keke...bidan terjun... kekwn...klu g sana bwk 1k utk shopping+mkn cukup x ek?last minute neh tetiber der family ku nk pinjam duit lak...

Mizz........pjg gilak nak maca cara kitak ya. mine is simple...even my friend yg fobia nk buat pun tutup mata pun blh buat katanya.  one thing..........how come tauge optional??? laksa mesti ada tauge

east........klu tak clear cara si Mizz tu feedback atau buat rumusan apa yg you faham....nnt kita betulkan.

Kamek yg sik berapa rajin gilak taugeh kak dee ...ngegeh mok manok ngan udang bebanyak juakkk

wow........ seronok nye tgk gambar2 tu............ mcm tak sabar2 nak p ni............    duk menghitung hari la plak......... lg 14 hari........ kami akan spai kuching ....... kami p ramai...... p dgn kawan2 travel agent di langkawi (8 famili) ............. sesekali pun nak le jgak merasa tempat org lain pulak...

SCV satu tempat yang kena masuk gak walau mahal mate...

Memula war pun tanak masuk gak RM60 satu kepala pergh... tapi last time g 19-22 mac lepas masuk rasa cukup worth the price le... nak maintain umah ngan pekerje kat situ dah brape... siap ade 2 show daily ...

besh le..
ini 2 sen saya la.
