need advice....Online biz international

hi semua...
i just getting involve in online biz about 3 months ago...still very new...
n i didnt expected that my blogshop is getting demand from overseas market...
so i just hold for a while for me to learn n get the knowledge about this....
so i really need help from otai2 kat sini utk advice me about :
1) the currency....berapa kita nak mark up price to convert to eu,usd,sg....
paling jauh i dpt request from greece....he really wants to buy my products even i tot i might be cheaper if he buy in his country...hurm....
2) cara2 pembayaran...i x da paypal lagi....i heard about western union but application dia complicated x...macam mane nak suruh dia buat pembayaran yang lebih senang dan effective....how to apply paypal...?
3) about delivery cost....nak guna apa cara paling senang....pos malaysia or using international punye....berapa anggaran costnya...n how long for the delivery
4) any other thing to consider...please advice me....

wahh..ingatkan business import export td nk bg pandangan takut, hehe..

kalau awk jual harga RM, tak perlu mark up, suruh shj derang convert dgn online currency yg ada, saya sendiri buat online business sejak 2003,kalau cust ovc nak beli, just jual ikut harga RM tp kita sediakan converter yg boleh di dapati di online shj

kalau takda paypal takyah apply, rumit dan kekadang takleh nak tebus dan kalau svc lewat sikit pembayaran derang akan jadi pending, dan paypal ni satu je kena alert, diorang boleh tarik bila2 duit dlm akaun kita kalau pembayar komplen brg tak elok bila sampai ke, brg lambat ke, sedangkan itu masalah pos kan?..pakai saja western union atau TT transfer ke maybank @ cimb kita. atau caj yg mahal sikit tp secure pakai jer moneygram mana2 bank ada

kalau jual perfume elok pakai poslaju @ pos daftar shj, kalau international punya mcm fedex atau dhl takut tak berbaloi dengan harga, kalau mereka willing to pay takpa, tp takut caj pos lebih mahal drpd kos brg, nanti buyer akan serik maa..pos malaysia bg 2 options: poslaju atau pos daftar, jangan pos kargo makan masa berbulan2..tp poslaju certain negara lepas perfume ni,kalau US complicated sikit nk lepas dgn poslaju..

4) any other thing to consider...please advice me....

1) for me to quote harga, kat mane link yg senang about the converter tu....i nak tukar RM ke EU

boleh goggle online byk yg terdapat tp kena rajin cari, business online kena rajin mencari, dan belajar

1) ada tak step by step instruction for the customer for the payment using western union,tt transfer or money gram tu...apa yang patut i buat...?mcmana prosedurnya..pls advice....

bab WU, TT, paypal dah lama di bincangkan kat bod usahawan ni, just search kat sini ye. nanti memacam akan keluar

2) to quote the delivery cost, berapa yang patut kite letak for the customer to pay..berapa range harga nya yeh.... dia punye prosedur sama cam biase je ke...?

postage tu elok caj ikut berat brg yg di hantar, benda pakai measurement ni kita takleh ambil kesempatan atas ni, sbb ianya fixed dan customer boleh check online, kalau kita caj rm30 utk courier poslaju, once mereka check cuma rm21, kita akan di anggap menipu pulak oleh customer. measurement ni boleh tengok kat http://pos.com.my
