dari limited knowledge saya ni, saya tengok macam rumah condo ni nye ROI ( return on investment ) lagi tinggi dari rumah bawah. Contoh kalau beli condo 100 plus k. boleh sewa 1k plus a mth. Kalau beli rumah bawah 300k lebih tak sampai pon 1k dia nye sewa bulanan. I might be wrong though.

rumah bertanah zmn 80-90 boleh untung bila sewa, tetapi rumah bertanah yg dibeli sekarang tak byk untung jika disewa kerana harga naik 150k-250k (ada developer mahal spt sp setia developer murah spt sceintex)  nak disewakan byk saingan dari flet2  lebih murah. rumah flet/apartmet beli 80k -150k boleh sewa 400-1000, penyewa prefer rumah harga berpatutan dekat tmpt kerja parking security

Kalau utk investment mungkin Condo lebih untung, itu pun brgtg pd lokasi....

Utk tempat tinggal pulak brgtg pd preference masing2.....ada yg suka duduk condo, ada yg tak... ada pros & ada cons...

Haritu gi ksl city nye office inquire abt condo nye..memang starting price dorang mahal even for studio dah 300 plus k. Tapi dia ada first 3 years 8 percent guaranteed rental return, first 3 years pon maintenance takyah bayar. link dibawah. Yang condo dia ada 2 tower. Tower A and B. One of the towers fully furninshed even with furnitures etc. lagi satu tak furnished cuma include fittings. Price wise for the fully furnished memang lagi mahal. To me rather get the unfurnished ones as the fully furnished might not be to our liking.
