Din, nak update berat 64.1kg. after raya haji keja mmg banyak, kadang2 tak sempat nak makan. sbb tu la ada sikit penurunan

    syik..recover balik dgn exercise...lepas ni berani sok mo laa...briani aym kpg pun sedop... i dlm pantang 2 minggu ni syik...kena chicken pox..bengkak{:1_270:} {:1_270:}  kat muka dh surut skit lepas teyeh dgn putik kelapa muda...cuma gatal2 kat badan tak boleh tahan..

atkins x leh amek susu, tapi akak x leh tak amek susu, coz lutut ni dah sakit tahap kronik, dan juga tumit.. skrg dah consume susu 6 month, lutut dah okay, tumit masih denyut2 lagi... hmmmm camner nak kurangkan berat ni!!!

eliza, kalau takleh nak follow atkins, follow la program diet lain.. tak pe..

sebenarnya diet atkins tu tools je utk membantu menurunkan berat badan. ada bermacam2 program kat luar sana yg kita boleh follow. mcm saya, saya ikut harvard diet. beza dgn atkins, harvard diet ni bagi saya lagi simple sbb dia tak perlu nak kira kalori, cuma kita pilih makanan yg lebih tinggi kualitinya. klu amik karbohidrat, pilih kompleks karbo berbanding simple karbo. protein plak, protin ikan atau protin sayuran yg lebih baik. lemak pulak, amik unsaturated & saturated fat je, elakkan trans fat..


buat research psl program diet, ada byk pilihan utk kita ikut.. yg penting ialah konsisten, baru result akan nampak..

startegi berdiet beliau dari sudut islam..

yuhuuuu...dah kuar ranking...nasiblah berat x berubah-rubah...
apa taknya den sejak 2 menjak ni kurang bersenam sebab penyakit M menyerang (MALAS)...

pehtu 4-5 hari ni den suka sangat melantak x kira time....ni pun baru lepas melantak nasi (sebungkus penuh tu)...walhal lunch tadi dah makan nasi dah...huhu
