company mcm nak tapau, apa HAK pekerja?

salam semua...
saya ada sedikit masalah ttg tmpt saya kerja ni....ianya adalah sebuah kilang kecik employees dlm 30 org....privately held com...dr UK...so bos tertinggi aku a.k.a COO (chief operation officer)..adalah foreigner......

masalahnye..dah hampir 3 bulan kitaorg semua...tak dapat gaji....skang semua on PAID leave. but xde duit.

ramai dah tertekan, especially yg dah ada mulut utk disuap. nak amik tindakan...emm..dah pegi jabatan tenaga kerja....and dia ckp brapa lama nak amik masa nek court..bergantung pd brapa byk kes diorang handle....lepas tuh, kwn aku lak ckp..ada dua akta..industrial act and labour act....so dia ckp rasanya dlm act2 ni byk yg berpihak pd employer dr employee...and then...kalau buat tuntutan pun, mgkn co kata bg masa sikit, and mahkahmah akan kata OK...

soalan utama : kalau com. nak shut down....nak bengkrap permanently....apakah peratus kebarangkalian kami semua akan dapat gaji tertunggak itu + compensation?nak2 pulak com UK...buat nye COO tu cabut lari camtu jek...apakah nasib dan hak2 kitaorg yer....

brp % staff yg covered under EA ?
yg tak cover kena tgk balik offer letter - terms & conditions,
nak tunggu pi labour court mmg la lambat...

normal practise - kalau udah K.O, court akan minta proof, so segala document mak nenek semua depa kena submit,
kalau ada balance yg tinggal, kena settle tang gaji dulu, bayor brp yg mampu dibayor kat staff...
ni mmg akan amik masa yg lama...in the meantime, usah menaruh harapan, pi start cari keje lain...
ada potensi boss/coo/top mgmt akan 'hilang'....takkan u all nak pi cari depa sampai lubang cacing kot....

semoga berjaya...tabahkan hati ye...sentiasa berdoa...

   sori sori..tp EA tu ape eh.....
mmg one by one is leaving pun..sape tahan tak kerja kan. tp most of us masih menaruh harapan gaji 4 bulan tu....byk dah abis duit savings kot...nak tau je pengalaman org lain yg berjaya dapatkan hak kembali..

pastikan payslip dan surat offer tu ada
buat salinan
kalau co. tu dh balik UK

   tula...nak report tp bhgian management mcm masih percaya co akan operate balik, bhgian R&D , ade brapa kerat je malaysians, 2 foreigners, 5 jek kitaorg....aduh..payslip yg lepas mana2 tah..tak simpan..offer letter jek adek...harap2 ok bole diguna pakai...korang suggest nak amik lawyer ke x? ari tu org jabatan buruh ckp leh amik atau tak, sbb diorang represent kitaorg..tp kalau nak amik pun bley.......ada probability ke kalah? yela, kalau kalah dahle nak kena bayar duit lawyer lagi, dgn gaji lak xde..nan hado la jwbnye
