nasib baik petang nie berjaya melawan brutus dengan zuzana 500 reps
buat each exercise about= 10-15 reps
fail sokmo part arm push up...huhu
one set of zumba....chayyok

yo ctsue.
how was ur besday celebration? mesti bombastic eh.
i hari tu takde la celebrate apa pon coz was working a.m. shift over the weekends. then terus arvo shift for the whole week lepas tu. la ni esok mlm start kerja night shifts plak.

how's everyone doing?
i rasa seronok coz i dah boleh pakai most of my work pants that last tried 8months ago before balik m'sia & put on 8kgs! ahahhaha.
best bila at work ppl say i've done a good job in losing weight. ada yg kata i hot lagi. kembang jap idong pujaan hati ini.
okay, okay, stop being berlagak buat saat ini.
little do they kno that i sebenarnye tak makan tak minum coz of studying for my primary specialist exams. august ni noks! on raya day! huhuhuhuhu.. sedih

btw, selamat menjalani gaya hidup sihat u ols!

but diet ke laut
i manage to grab my indoor workout shoes..yeay!!!
yang lama dah berusia 4 tahun tu akhirnyer lunyai..syg nak buang (so sentimental value kasut tuh)

   hehe,,hye nenek..meh mulakan dgn cardio dulupilih nak jogging ker skipping ke swimming
then portion control,makan nasik bleh tapi try cut half...banyakkan sayur
segala lauk berminyak shange pada yang rebus or bakar
nak lemak2 leh tapi kurangkan kuah

Salam TT, tumpang lalu ek pasal nk jemput kawan2 yg tgh diet sorang2 tu dijemput join Weight Loss Challenge Online kat forum cari ni.. tak kisah amik supplement ke, puasa ke, diet dgn senaman ke, sume boleh join... cuma sapa2 amik supplement tu jgn promote supplement masing2 udah le, tak mo perang promosi plak kat thread tuh.. thread tu just fokus utk sapa2 yg serius nk turunkan berat badan..

ni result WLC Mei

semalam berjaya buat fit yummy mummy tapi modified exercise sendirik


Superset A
DB swing 20 x
T-Ups 12x
Burpees(30 seconds)
Repeat superset A
30 seconds invi skipping + 30 jumping jacks
Superset B
Reverse Lunges (add up 4 lb dumbbells) 20x
V-ups 10x
Burpees(30 seconds)
Repeat superset B
30 seconds invi skipping + 30 jumping jacks
Before cool down =15x pendulum lunges with 4 lb dumbbells

salam to all! after many times of failing to stick to a routine, I finally found a workout that is so fun it made me smile the whole time doing it biarpun penat! it is ZUMBA!!! orang dah bertahun buat zumba, me baru jer discover the fun ... tu lah, saper suruh dengar kata2 negative thinkers yang bagitau zumba ni susah nak ikut, only for dancers, org gemuk nampak ridiculous menari etc etc etc!

so, yes. i have been doing it religiously for 3 weeks, 3-4 times a week and so far have lost 1 inch from every part of my body!! as for the weight, baru turun 1.5kg. makan lak i kurangkan at least 300cal a day. target ialah nak turun sampai 55kg end of this year. another 8kg to go!

hebat you ni sis can follow zwow tu!! i tried once tapi phobia sampai sekarang coz maybe to my body, it was a jolt! so, i am sticking to zumba jer now. i am motivated by this lady yang lost 20kg from 80++kg by doing zumba since January!

i started with Jillian, then ZUZANA
i tak try gik ZWOW tapi once you dah biasa dgn zuzana (previous from body rockers)
ZWOW memang leh wat

I love zumba too..because of zumba...
i mmg lgsung takde love handle(lemak tepi pinggang, sila google gambar)
kalau rasa malas nak workout berat2..memang zumba sgt berkesan sebab banyak kardio

minggu nie sempat workout 2 kali jerk
tapi gaya hidup sgt aktif...duk jalan2 panjat tangga
dgn harapan lemak degil tak berjaya menempek
