penimbang  beli last year dah sebulan lebih habis bateri..since malas nak ganti bateri , tadi beli penimbang baru kat Guardian..beli yg mechanical je... >.<

dalam tempoh 4 bulan,kita dah turun 7 kg....   tak plan apa pun , just busy dgn kerja dan study pastu jarang makan luar..

hari ni pula feeling heartbroken pasal study..so kita jogging.. such a rare moment..
selalu kita walking je keliling tasik.. lazy bum bum sikit nak jogging jogging ni..haha...

ni kalau heartbroken sbb putus cinta , join marathon la iols nanti..

target nak slim lagi..

so plan ,
- breakfast dgn dinner ambil oats based meal... tengah hari je makan nasi +ayam/ikan +sayur..
- minum green tea instead of latte..
- walking half an hour in the morning (6.30am) ,and one hour in the evening (6pm to 7pm)..

kita suka walking!..

dulu pernah try diet atkins, lepas tu lupa diri badan naik balik, perut dah macam orang mengandung, sekarang dah insaf balik, dah hampir 3 minggu diet badan dah turun sikit dari 61kg ke 59kg, tu pun tak turun banyak sebab banyak lupa diri makan nasi, minum air manis seminggu sekali ja, buah2 ada makan juga macam pisang dengan tembikai + betik kisar dengan susu. sekarang nak tekad tak nak sentuh nasi dengan air manis, cheatday sabtu minum air manis, nasi sikit, bihun mee goreng memang tak makan, kat rumah masak sup2 je, badan saya cepat naik atau statik je kalau makan nasi wpun kat rumah makan beras perang, kalau minum air manis perut membuncit dengan jayanya, banyak minum green tea dengan lemon sekarang, tengah cari acv untuk kurangkan buncit ni, kat rumah buat juga exercise sikit2, skipping dll, berpeluh jugalah sebab matika kipas...huhuhuhu

I maintain minum lemon.. buat suam2 campur madu sikit..minum pg2 lps bgn tdo. Wajib 500ml.

Takyah banyak lemon tu..sehiris je..berat susah naik dan detox jgk. Kulit pun jd cantik sbb dia ada vit C

I amal da 3 thn. Jarang sgt2 demam. Dr 2017 sampai skrg blum demam..alhamdulillah.

Yg penting berat susah naik.. dulu bila makan kek esok tu da rasa buncit..skrg ni bleh la menten..n always rasa fresh x ngantuk.

Carrot is carbo.. kandungan mostly gula..kalau byk boleh naik jgk.tp kalau kudap2 je ok. Good for your eyes.. pernah baca kalau mkn carrot byk nanti kulit jd oren... ??

Skrg berat 55kg. Tgi 160cm..Bmi 21..Nak turunkan dlm 3 kg then maintain. Tp yg i prasan kalau i turunkan berat kulit jd flabby.. kulit pipi pun sama..kalau lengan boleh la ttup dgn baju..haih..

Skrg ni nak makan kolagen sbb nak anjalkan kulit. Kalau dpt putih pun bonus..

Any suggestions?

Iols rendah je. 152 cm. Kena berat bwh 50 baru nmpak kurus.

baik lg diet sendri

Currently I amalkan makan sekali sehari je which is breakfast.. tp heavy breakfast, and the rest of the day cuma minum plain water sahaja. I stopped drinking coke, no more fast food and kalau lapar pun just makan a few cookies and fruits. So far lost 3kg in 8 days.. tp kena kuatkan hati dan perasaan esp time lapar haha

Saya pun makan sekali sehari je tapi petang sikit..dalam pukul 3 4 camtu..pagi2 sibuk bekerja, hilang lapar..pagi2 minum plain water je..malam makan buah tembikai or betik..kekadang je terbabas tibai cekelelat smpaj 1 bar..haha
