My hiking story ke. Hahaha. Gmbar banyak sgt sgt sgt. Penat kot hiking. Lepas dah rasa macam bile la nak sampai kan and and dah takde orang kat gunung tu, mula la menggelabah. Takut tak dan turun and takut gelap. But luckily, gelap agak lambat jugak... Hehe.
I want to stay there at least 2 weeks kot. Tak puas. Maybe next year. InshaaAllah.

Dalam trip akak, switzerland lah highlight. Belah jungfrau region ini sangat cantik. Lehat sekeliling mmg postcard view. Kalau datang swiss dok berkuntum kat pekan zurich, geneva etc rugi nya bagi akak.
Itu pun masa akak pergi cuaca agak sendu. Kalau cuaca sempurna pasti lagi cantik.

tatau dah ada orang bagitau kat forum ni ke blum. uols boleh claim tax refund kat msia. kan selalu kelamkabut bila sampai airport, item bought tak boleh masukkan kat luggage sbb kena tunjuk kat imigresen, pastu baru boleh chk in.
option lain : balik msia->pi embassy-> bwk passport, item bought, receipt+taxform-> taxform stamped by embassy-> post your tax form-> 1 month after, dpt tax refund.

we have 3 extra days gituhh.
the 3 extra days kalau u nak visit swiss pun boleh syu...hanya jangan 'tamak' je la..maksud i just go to a few places yg top of the list....since this is your first time to europe so i strongly suggest that you dont drop swiss whateva the weather...just my 2 pennies worth...
tak tau nak hiking ke dok hehek. Kalau takdir ada snow, celah mana nak hiking ke murren ek?
i rasa word hiking ni dah terlalu rampant sangat la di guna and overrated...
org yg tak hike pon kate dia hike tp sebenarnya walk...
walk tu tak keji ok...ramai je yg buat walk...tp jangan dok sebut hike laaaaa..
u tak payah nak hike kalau u tak nak..hiking is diffrent from walks...why dont u try the walks...
i pun ade buat walks jugak..tak semua aktiviti i di switzerland or lauterbrunnen tu consist of hiking sokmo...
there's a lot of things that you can do there...and since interlaken is very near, it has a lot to offer as well..
u can also go and visit the waterfall masa hujan..yg ni mmg aktiviti hujan sbb bila you masok sana you mmg akan basah!
so kalau hujan pi la ke waterfall tu..just pay a few swiss francs jer and you can explore it..it's massif...
naik bus dr lauterbrunnen menghala ke stechelberg..nak jalan kaki pun boleh...the walk is easy...pemandangan pun best...
so takde hal la kalau hujan ke ape...kalau snow then pi la masok museum or pi la visit Bern or Lucerne for day trip...
senang je kalau nak ni Syu...tak de nya susah nak travel kat switzerland ni...
dan i nak betulkan something...
murren or wengen are small villages kat atas valley tu...hiking trails bukan hanya berpusat di situ saje..
tempat lain pun ade hiking trails jugak..
you can take a walk to zweilutchenen then kalau larat terus ke wildeswill...
from wilderswill ambil la train nak ke interlaken or nak patah balik ke lauterbrunnen...
Mula2 plan macam nak cancel Swiss..as u said spring tak berapa best pergi Swiss....end of April/early May weather mmg lousy eh
I know there are people yg tak pegi swiss masa spring...but i did that trip masa spring...
i find that tho sometimes the weather couls be against u but that didnt damper my mood or made me berkuntum je dlm bilek...
ade aktiviti utk hari hujan jugak syu...
so kalau weather dont permit u to do outdoor activity u will not be a prisoner in your own room.
Sebenarnya masa spring la semua bunga keluar except the hardy plants...
masa i pegi swiss time spring banyak je i tengok bunga...
when i was in there masa tu cherryblossom, orangeblossom, tulips, bluebells semua tgh berbunga..
these species tak berbunga masa summer...only in spring..and do you know that the air was filled with their sweetsmelling smell cos for example orangeblossom emits those scent...masa spring jugak the glacier will melt so the waterfall jadi sangat2 lebat cos of the melting ice and snow from the mountains.
You can also see a few avalanche happening around u masa spring..masa summer or masa autumn waterfall tak banyak airnya...you boleh compare gambar2 yg forumer ambil masa weather berbeza ni...kalau tak silap @nenektua pun ade post gambar dlm thread lama2..dia duduk lauterbrunnen dulu...tapi tak ingat la dia pegi musim ape..
Hati more to Swiss but takut bayar mahal2, sampai2 tak cantik macam dalam gambar ecehh.
Syu, swiss ni kan hati takut ke hati berani ke mmg harga dia camtu..lagi lama u ddk swiss lagi la mahal..tp kalau niat hati nak explore then budget is not the issue kan? mcmana pun kite kena siapkan sbb hati nak pegi ye tak?
so kalau nak travel to swiss mmg kena hadap la benda ni..tak boleh lari...
kalau rasa poket lom sedia then tangguh la dulu...tak ape la..lain kali boleh buat trip ni...
sbb kalau nak terlalu berjimat sangat switzerland is not the place...
tambah dgn makanan halal mahal, souveniers mahal dan accommodation lagi...
again this is only based on my thoughts...i'm just sharing it with you yea...
I takut Swiss macam sendu je during spring. Of course laa summer cantik *sobs*
swiss tidak sendu dlm apa jua weather pun...i was there during winter and enjoyed myself tremendously..kite buat la style winter and pasrah saje dgn ape weather yg kite kena hadapi...
tak penah lah i dengar org tak enjoy switzerland dlm musim itu la ini la...perish the thought...
penah dengar tak org bilang 'one man's trash is another man's treasure'? think about it sis....
since you've been to many places in Europe, may I know which place captured your heart most and why?
I'm blessed and grateful to O Mighty Allah to be based where I am at the moment (well..not at the mo literally for i'm actually across the pacific) to be able to travel extensively sebab i still am eligible to use my student facilities and it will cease to be valid next year....
sbb tu lah skarang lela gigih berjalan ke sana sini sbb i ade student pass yg akan expire tahun hadapan.
so pantang ade peluang dan kalau ade org ajak kejap2 lela ke Paris, or amsterdam or switzerland or rome tuscany and venice...those are my favourites...
kalau musim chritmas, lela suka pegi ke bruges sbb ade christmas market..
another place that i always spend my summer is in provence sbb i suka tgk fields and fields of lavender saujana mata memandang...
and also the sunflowers..it's awesome to travel into the heart of france during the summer months and when the weather is hot..

Day 7: SWISS (Lauterbrunnen-Lucerne-Zurich) / Zurich-LONDON (after 2pm onwards)
Day 8: LONDON (City)
Day 9: LONDON-LIVERPOOL-LONDON
Day 10: LONDON-BICESTER VILLAGE-LONDON (City)
Day 11: LONDON-(One city in England, TBC)-LONDON
Day 12: LONDON (Last minute shopping) / LONDON-AMSTERDAM (after 2pm onwards)
Day 13: AMSTERDAM (Zaanse Schans/City)
Day 14: AMSTERDAM-KL
dr Paris nnt bertolak pukul berapa dan turun di mana? geneva atau zurich? let me know yea kalau u naik train atau nak fly? or you nak turun Basel ke? naik easyjet yea?

This is my personal opinion...kalau boleh you turun zurich.
lepas tu ambil train ke Bern...then ronda Bern 3 jam..pastu terus je ke interlaken atau lauterbrunnen.
then next day buat la aktiviti walking ke naik jungfrau ke atau schilthorn ke atau apa2 la...
then the next day dah nak balik kan? so u ambil train from interlaken to Lucerne...spend about 3 hours jln2 Lucerne...
jangan peduli dgn titlis semua tu sbb you takde masa now nak explore mountains...lain kali je la....
then ambil train to zurich...sampai zurich you ronda la zurich dlm 3 jam..lepas tu go find your train and proceed to your next destination...
kat zurich nnt jangan lupa singgah ke Nordsee and makan kat sana orait...

Or my short trip ni worth pakai one point to one point ticket je?
