Beta ada sikit info...bila pulok teman jadi Soltan Sulu ni...

1. Berkenaan Visa Nepal, nah, website nya...
http://www.nepalembassy.com.my/en/services_visa.html

The current visit visa fee rates are as follows:
1.
15 day Multiple entry visa RM 95.00
2.
30 day Multiple entry visa RM 155.00
[/td]
3.
90 day Multiple entry visa RM 380.00

2. Beta ada google sket tentang weather...berdasarkan pengalaman beta di area Kathmandu pada Feb lepas, siang pada 16-20°C, malam boleh cecah bawah 8°C. Heater dalam hotel memang keperluan....

Averages for Kathmandu in December8°C
December is the beginning of the winter season.
The average high temperatures are around 15°C (about 59°F) reaching highs on average of 21°C (70°F) and dropping to an average minimum temperature of 8°C (46°F).
During the winter, nights can get quite chilly, generally dipping to the freezing temperature, so make sure you have warm clothes with you, including thermals and potentially a blacket or thick sleeping bag.
It is adviseable to make sure that your hotel provides you with a heater in the room.

kita ambil pakej kat Kathmandu...terlalu byk travel agents sana terutama kat Thamel area...kita cuma booking hotel utk satu dua malam je, then booking pakej ke Pokhara atau Chitwan, jika minat national park...make sure, kalu ambil agent kat sana, minta full detailed of itinerary...

kalau kita berurusan kat sana, kebiasaannya dia org minta full payment terus...kita cuba jugak nak bayar 50% dahulu, tapi mereka minta full payment juga...macam depa risau, kita tak bagi balance payment....
sebab tu kena minta full itineraries dari travel agent...

saya cuma 6H5m...2malam aje kat Pokhara, selebihnya kat Kathmandu. Dari Kathmandu ke Pokhara, ada beberapa option:
1. naik bus (bersesak dgn org Nepal)
2. private car/van - 6 hours drive for 200km. Ada member kata lamanya, tapi disebabkan me ni jiwa penggembara, kira worait lah tu...
3. Flight - 25 mins .

Memandangkan me punya rombongan ramai mak kiah, tiada trekking yg kami buat kat Nepal...semua explorace kat kedai je

arwien, ini itinerary nya..sila komen ekk, ok ke tidak...

Day 01/02-NOV- Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345meters): and you will be met & greeted by our airport representative who will be on standby to pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. Your evening is free and after you’ve refreshed, you can go for a stroll down the street to get familiar with your surroundings. Window shopping would be a good start to look around. our first overnight in the valley of temples & cows. Probably the most in the world; however, these unusual sights are sometimes welcome & interesting. B.B

Day 02.Morning flight from KTM-POK and Drive from Pokhara (915 m.) to Nayapul (1050m.) and Trek to Tikhedunga (1577m) - 4 Hours: After having breakfast at the hotel, we start our driving to Nayapul which takes approximately one and half hours. We then start the first part of our hiking out to Tikhedunga (1577M) Via Birethanti (1065m.) this is a pretty easy flat out hike as we pass through several small lively villages and settlements. After some time, we will ascend gently to the final destination of the day. Overnight at Guesthouse B.L.D

Day 03.Trek to Ghorepani (2675m) - 6 Hours- Today, we ascend steeply for the first 2 hours and then ascend gently passing through Ulleri (2070m.) and Banthanti. This path gives us breathtaking views of Machhapuchhare or Fish Tail (6997m.), Hiunchuli (6441m.), and the grand Annapurna (7219m) south on the way. Our trail now gets quite easy going as we pass through rhododendron and shadowy forests amidst the cackling of birds which gives us good feelings till we ascend gently up to the final camp. Overnight at Guesthouse B.L.D

Day 04. Hike to Poonhill (3180m.) and trek to Tadapani (2675m.) - 6 hours: Today, we hike to Poonhill (3232m.) to enjoy the sunrise views over Mt.Dhaulagiri (8167m.), Tukuche Peak (6920m.), Nilgiri (6940m.), Varaha Shikhar (7847m.), Mt. Annapurna I (8091m.), Annapurna South (7219m.), Annapurna III (7855m.), Machhapuchhare (6993m.), Annapurna IV (7525m.), Annapurna II (7937m.), Lamjung Himal (6931m.) and other numerous snowcapped mountains in the morning; Poonhill has always been a symbol of beauty for the Annapurna region; we next hike down to Ghorepani, have a hot breakfast at our lodge and trek to Tadapani (2650m.). Most part of the trail we trek is through blooming rhododendron forest; the beautiful
flower makes the jungle colorful in spring when they bloom. Overnight at Guesthouse

Day 05.Trek from Tadapani (2675m) to Chomrong- 5 Hours: We enjoy our hike by descending gently all the way through rhododendron, oak and other kinds of dense forests. We hear the chirping of different kinds of birds on the way to Kimrung Khola. We then straightaway ascend steeply and walk at a flat level for 45 minutes with gentle steep paths in-between and flat all
the way to Chomrong which the gateway to Annapurna Base Camp. Chomrong is a village that is situated at the base of the Himalchuli. Overnight at Guesthouse. B.L.D

Day 06 Trek from Chhomrong to Himalaya - 6 Hours: The trail descends on a stone stairway for the first one and half hour and crosses the Chhomrong Khola on a suspension bridge, then climbs out of the side valley. High above the Modi Khola on its west bank, the trail passes through forests of bamboo, rhododendron and oak. Climbing further on a rocky path we will reach Sinuwa, at 2350m & then we trek gently through the forest and descend a long, steep stone staircase into deep bamboo and rhododendron forests to reach Bamboo and walk on gently towards Himalaya for the overnight at our Guesthouse. B.L.D

Day 07 Trek from Himalaya to Annapurna Base Camp (4170m) via Machhapuchare Base Camp (3820m) - 6 Hours: The valley widens and becomes less steep and you can see the gates to the sanctuary from here. As the trail continues into the sanctum, it crosses two avalanche tracks on a narrow trail that hurdles up against the cliffs. After a short trek we will be at Bagar (3310m.), a green meadow with some abandoned hotels. The normal trail follows the left side of the valley. Now the trail appears gently ascending until Machhapuchare Base Camp (3820m.) Which is one place where we enjoy some of the best landscapes in the venture; we will enjoy the view of Mount Hiunchuli (6441m.), Annapurna South (7229m.), Annapurna I
(8091m.), Annapurna III (7555m.), Gangapurna (7454m.) and Machhapuchhare or Fish Tail (6997m.). The path follows through alpine meadows and after some distance our trails go gently up. After a short trek, we begin to approach Annapurna Base Camp at (4170m.). Overnight at Guesthouse B.L.D

Day 08.Trekking from Annapurna Base Camp to Dovan (2630m.): It takes about five hours. It's much easier as we go down. You should have no problem reaching Sinuwa from Annapurna Base Camp in a single day however; we have chosen this route as some trekkers may have problem on going down due to shaking or wobbling legs that could be fatigued. Overnight at Guesthouse B.L.D

Day 09 Trekking from Dovan to Jhinudanda (1750m) - 6 Hours: The path is a descent up to Bamboo passing through forests with varieties of rhododendron, oaks and bamboo plants. After Bamboo, the trail goes steeply up an hour and the trail is quite flat until Sinuwa. We trek gradually descending to the Chhumrong Khola and we have to follow a stone staircase for almost an hour to reach Chhumrong. The last part of the trail is steep down to Jhinudanda. We into our rooms at the guest house then we could go to the Hot Springs to take a refreshing bath in the warm salt waters.Overnight at Guesthouse B.L.D

Day 10.Trek from Jhinu to Napapul and drive to Pokhara- 5 Hours:  Today is the last day of our trekking and it is easy as we hike the trails along the Bank of the river and after a few hours of walking, we will reach Nayapul where a Car/Van will be waiting to drive us to Pokhara and flight to KTM about 3 PM. Overnight at our hotel in KTM.

Day 11/12-NOV- you will be transferred to the international airport for your final departure to your loving home. Last edited by melur_30 on 10-4-2013 02:59 PM

oo ni standard ittenary.. pakej tu incl ape, maksud sye dh inclusive all ke, incl. porter, permit, entrance fee, etc..
kena standby jugak nnti sbb during the trekking, hot shower, hot/drinking water, electric power charging tu semua kena bayar & normally not include in the package. ade jugak walaupun dia ckp kadang2 B,L, D included, tp contohnyer kalu kite order hot choc kena kluar duit sendiri. the higher u get, lagi mahal benda2 tu semua. kena byr tips lg utk porter, guide. maksud sye awk kena prepare some cash utk benda2 tu semua.  lg satu, adviseable awk amik travel insurance yg ade coverage utk high altitude sickness/extreme sports sbb normally travel insurance biasa tkde cover benda2 camtu. ye la, mana nk tau kan, kot2 kite ade problem masa trekking ke nnti. kalu pakai heli nk bwk kite kluar dr situ mahal oo kena bayar, dekat 10K ringgit.
