I didn't really know where to start this thread. I thought this might be a suitable place to discuss this topic.As we see the Europeans spend more luxuriously on food especially on non essential items. The Americans are junk food eaters while people from poor countries are only buying the necessities.

kesiannya kat Ecuador, Bhutan n Chad :'( MALAYSIA???; rupanya ada yg lebih susah dari kita :'( Hmmmm ........:L I've found out that too much food desensitizes feeling. Your awareness when full and mildly satiated is very different. And i do think that most eat too much.
It seem that happines, peace and joy can get drowned and suffocated by food. I think this is true for feeling bad feel;ing too. So people feel bad, they eat more food to mask this feeling, they push it in, some soert of escapism. So all these people eat that much just to fill some sort of void that they feel. They hunger for happiness, so they stuff themselves with material thing, which is, food.
So, have you been doing this stuffing up? All the time?
Also, i've seen so much new reader here (have u been silent all this time?) and sorry that I've been busy lately with some personal project.
