Setelkan hutang atau tambah hutang?

Assalamualaikum, just nak tanya pendapat kat sini.

A sebelum ni ada hutang kad kredit 5k, ploan 13k, study loan 13k, rumah flat 135k.

So, start keje bulan 2, tahun lepas. Dapat setelkan kredit kad 5k. Skang tengah kumpul nak setelkan personal loan 13k. Dah kumpul 8k, jadi dalam 2 atau 3 bulan insya Allah, boleh setel.

Rumah 135k, saya rasa boleh hold. Jadi lepas habis ploan ni, saya plan nak kumpul hutang belajar dalam masa setahun atau lebih sket tapi....

Tetiba saya terfikir, patut ke saya kumpul duit ni untuk;-
Kereta takde, motor je ada skarang.jadi bagus gak ada kereta.
Rumah jatuh harga skarang, kondo ada harga 250k++, boleh buat deposit. 25k + fees
Setelkan je loan study
Kumpul duit buat biz.

Setuju dengan cadangan settlekan hutang2 kecil. Bila jadi pandemik atau musibah, tak teruk sangat terjejas sebab just perlukan duit utk makan dan bayar bil api ayor internet dan phone je.

Aim settlekan hutang besar (rumah & kereta) sebelum umur 40an kalau boleh.

Settle loan kecik2 dulu. Bila ada extra duit baru kumpul utk loan besar tapi kena ada plan utk settle semua loan sblm bersara.

Settle kan satu satu tt, tak ade ape yang nak di kejar.. tak rugi ape pun kalau rumah tengah jatuh tt tak sempat nak beli lepas tu harge naik semule.. Kalau ade rezeki mane tahu kelak buat bisnes, bisnes menjadi haaa beli lah rumah tak payah tunggu harge turun..plus tt pun dah ade rumah tu pun dah quite achievement

Hutang kan ada jadual pembayaran. Ko follow je la jadual tu. Mn ada org bayar hutang 1-1 ikut turn. Abeh tu kalo nak setel htg rmh br nak bayar htg lain jwbnya hutang lain tu x kan setel smpi ko mati lah.

Selesai kn kredit kad dgn personal loan tu dulu. Hutang study klu mara byr je bulan2 bukan ada interest. Klu ptptn bukan org biasa tolak guna kwsp ke. Lpstu baru beli kereta. Tt blh smpn duit tak perlu ambl personal loan. Biasa org guna kad kredit ni nk murah sbb ada rebate tp bahaya bila tertunggak. Iols x galak kn klu x blh manage.

Settle loan tu dulu.. pastu utk keselamatan dan covenience, boleh beli kereta practical... jgn beli keta mahal nnti parking merata expose hujan panas....

Jgn beli rumah.. its long term commitment... baik free kan commitment supaya u boleh build up financial

Rasanya dia cakap psl snowballing method.. byr seperti jadual tapi lebihan  duit concentrate langsai untuk hutang yang boleh langsai cepat..

TT why dont you try compare cash flow between buying 2nd hand car (considered maintenance), new car (monthly payment) and grab/public transport (cheap and no maintenance) If you single and not really need to use personal car and only for convenience, why stick to grab until economy betul2 kukuh or boleh kumpul enough cash (make the money grow) as deposit or buy cash?

Selagi ada hutang, elakkan tambah hutang. Sebolehnya kita nak selesaikan semua hutang pendek yg ada. Hutang rumah tu pun kalau boleh bayar lebih, bayarlah lebih. Kurangkan hutang.
