kuasa/power adalah satu kekuatan yg wujud apabila..
ada pihak yg tidak berkuasa
spt mana Allah swt berkuasa kerana wujud makhluk yg tidak berkuasa
pemimpin berkuasa apabila wujud rakyat yg memerlukan
begitu juga binatang...ada kuasa bila ada binatang yg lemah (dgn kata lain tidak berkuasa) |

saya suka sekali dengan definisi anda - memang secara amnya kuasa itu relatif.
tetapi contoh Allah berkuasa kerana ada makhluk yang tidak berkuasa, saya tidak setuju. relatifnya sesuatu itu benar pada semua benda tetapi tidak pada Allah.

saya setuju dgn pdpt dia
apabila org A tu ada kuasa dia akan cuba menguasai org lain
org B yang tidak ada kuasa pula akan follow ape yg dikatakan tanpa banyak soal...
tp apabila org A x de kuasa dh, org B x akan ikut n maybe menentang org A |

where energy is force times distance,
where force is the product of mass and acceleration.
so...........
power is change in acceleration of mass in particular distance with respect to a particular time change.
it is simply rate!
take out the physic world...
power could be change is acceleration in dominance in particular land/space/country in a particular time.
meaning to say... the dominance of land change from small to big; or to big to small in a fix time frame determine the power is superior or interior...
the relationship is FIX.... you cant change that....
