Quality& Regulatory Affairs Assistant –Subang jaya, Selangor

Salary: MYR2500- MYR3200

Responsibilities:

-         Liaise with overseas manufacturers toprepare product registration submissions and enquiries.

-         Ensure timely registrations and enquiry of productregistrations from local authority.

-         Timely response towards corrective actionsto local authority and internal team.

-         Maintain database of allproduct submissions and approvals.

-         Maintain and update local Quality System inlocal sever.

-         Familiarity with the CSDT and local productregistration requirements is a plus.

-         Preparation of GDPMD and ISO 9001certification internal and external audit documentations.

-         Ensure compliance with internal SOPs.

Requirements:

-            Minimum Degree inany field, preferably in Biomedical engineering.

-            Workingexperience: 1-2 years working experience.

-            Fluent in Englishlanguage.

-            Proficient in MSOffice and Internet applications.

-            Able tomulti-task, good organization skills and meticulous.

-            Some travellingmay be required.
