haa.takder lah teruk sgt beli umah tu. installment ajek laa yg teruk bulan2.

kalau kt JB..bumiputera beli umah leh dpt rebet 15%.

itu org yg keje swasta.
kalau keje gomen or semi-gomen..dpt pinjaman umah yg marbelessssss...

beli umah tak susah. ada ajek sumber2. EPF. pinjaman. bank.

kawen tu..ha...itu susah sket..betul2 kena simpan duit.

dah masuk citer rumah lak nih

belanja lepas kawen ni depends on gaji

gaji kecik, keciklah expenses nyer, dan makin lama makin tinggi bergantung pada bil anak

setakat ni, alhamdulillah cukup makan pakai, masa depan, tabung haji...
