NO............. belum obese lagi..... rasanya overw eight pun belum.....

Tapi kalau dapat turunkan dalam 5-10 kilo... jadi 60-65...... cun giler tu ...........

kurangkan makan nasi...... kurangkan makan benda2 berkanji (carbohydrate... tak sure ejaan).... seperti roti, mi, pasta, kentang, makanan2 manis etc...

lebihkan sayur2an dan ikan semasa lunch n dinner ...... nasi dala 2 sudu jer... iakan tak berlemak sekor... sayur manyak2......

aku suggest ko pakai dalam bilik hotel baju seksi2 tu..ambik package candlelite dinner dalam bilik..haaa, menyeksi la ko depan laki ko tu..taknak pakai baju pun takper...

alaaa ahkak...aku rasa somi ko tu nak ko kuruskan badan jer..dah 70 kilo cik kak oiii...jadikan lah asalan laki akak tu untuk menguruskan badan yerr...jgn gaduh2..

betul la kakak... kalau ikut kita, mmg plan camtu jerk... apa2, seme kat dlm bilik hotel jerk... jgn sampai keluar sudah....

nasi dua sudu???...........walauwehhhhhhh...kucing gua pun sekali makan semangkuk nasi n seekor ikan....

tu bukan jer boleh kurus...kering kontang rasanya....

agak-agak la babe...dah la dia ni anak 4 orang....kalau makan setakat dua sudu...mana nak larat jaga 4 orang...mana nak uruskan rumah lagi....kalau bekerjaya lagi...perrggggghhh.....boleh ketaq lutut kalau tak de tenaga....

diet ni tak semestinya ikat perut...tapi makan tu pada waktunya and d right kind of food...banyakkan exercise...kalau nak exercise make sure the length of time is more tha 20 minutes...kalau setakat kurang dari 20 minutes...buat penat jerk...coz the body only start to burn the fats after20 minutes of continuous exercise...bukan vigorous exercise but then continuous....please make sure you understand the difference...

then..beli la baju baru2 yg sesuai dgn bentuk badan yg baru...now ni banyak baju yg long sleeve, turtle neck yg very fashionable..kalo kena style dia, mmg cantik dan bergaya dan menutup aurat...

ehhh...kalo makan dua sudu nasi mmg gerenti leh kurus nyaaa....tapiiiiiii aku tak mampu buat laaa...mampu puji body org yg sanggup buat jer laaa..

tu laa....tapi kurus yang ikut cara macam ni...tak leh nak maintain...

one...your body have nothing to burn...thus start burning all the good fats needed by the body...resulted with your body losing its normal daily dosage of nutritions to stay healthy....body antibody pun boleh terjejas...akibatnya senang sakit...

second...your body start to feel the need to reduce its burning process as not much to be burn...lelama dia terlupa nak bermetabolisme...a lot of activity will also stop...so just imagine...bila all the machines dalam kereta tak berfungsi lagi...what happen to the car???...oil tak pumping to all the connection...satu satu part dalam engine tu boleh kaput...so if all our organs are not functioning as it supposed to be...boleh jammed babe...

sebab tu...nak diet kena tau cara...bukan boleh belasah jer....

maybe la kot takleh maintain, tapi kalo ikut program most of the slimming centre, u have to sustain that kind of pemakanan for 3 months, if u can survive tat period after tat, boleh makan macam biasa balik...dunno la, maybe after 3 months, ur body pun dah tak sanggup ambik food lagi sb dah ditrain...

Makan kerana nak hidup atau makan kerana nak kurus?   

Tanamkan prinsip dalam jiwa.......jangan makan kecuali lapar, berhentilah sebelum kenyang.......mulakahlah perbuatan dengan BISMILLAH.....paling sonang dan mudah.....supaya makanan yang dimasukkan dalam badan jadik darah daging yang baik.......

Ramai juga yang kojol bukan kerana tak makan, tapi kerana terlampau banyak makan.......

Ada gemok yang sihat, gemok yang tak sihat...begitu juga kurus yang sihat dan kurus yang berpenyakit....

anyway, tulah kan..kesian sesetengah org pompuan ni..sanggup ikat perut nak membahagiakan laki..tapi tulah..kalau dihargai..takpelah jugak..

diet2 jugak..jgn sampai dapat sakit udah lah...

inilah yg slalu bermain dlm pkran.... sebab pernah dpt e-mail dr kwn nyatakan kalau relationship tu bukan sebab ALLAH, AMANAH, ikutkan nafsu, memang susah nak berkekalan....

gue rasa...bila awak dah start jaga penampilan serba sedikit...dia akan tukar pikiran , tak buka buka pun tak pe asalkan sedap mata memandang

satu cara nak sheck samada diri kita dah  cukup sedap mata memandang ialah ambik gambar penuh diri sendiri, dlm "uniform" yg selalu kita kenakan...pastu tgk balik gambar tu spt kita melihat org lain, & pk pk sendiri apa benda yg rasanya kita kena perbaiki utk tampil lebih menarik dimata suami

itu dari segi penampilan la, sbb lelaki dia nyer stimulasi selalunya dari deria lihat dia....benda lain mcm wangian,pembawakan diri, cara bercakap, tingkah laku juga penting

jgn la berpikiran negative camtu...

selalu2 la ajak dia dengar ceramah agama atau ceramah2 motivasi...kat tv tu selalu ada, kalo dia jenis malas, u je yg dengar dan time sembang2 dgn dia, selit2kan isi tu kat dia...mula2 maybe dia tak minat dengar, so cut short the story...tapi slowly increase kan length of the isi yg u dah dengar tu...

alahai........

mana ada saya suruh dia berlapar............. kurangkan makan nasi bukan bermakna harus berlapar dik........ cuba dulu.... walau makan 2 sudu nasi.... oklah... up sikit jadi 3-4 sudu....  InsyaAllah tak lapar... lebihkan makan ikan... kurang/elakkan makan daging  (lambat digest).... banyakkan sayur2an..... tak lapar punya..... percayalah.... elakkan makan kuah berlemak seperti masak lemak cili padi... kari... seeloknya ikan hanya di steamed......

cubalah............. cantthinkpung bole cuber gak...........

rendahnyer maruah suami dia suruh isteri pakai seksi2... nasib baik hubby aku selalu ckp Ayang nk seksi pun bialah dgn papa jew tau.. jgn tunjuk dgn org lain.. PAPA cemburu isteri PAPA punya org lain tgk... dan Ayang kene ingat azabnyer nnt dn dosa ayang PAPA yg kene tanggung.. terus terbantut nk menyeksi.. sian kat hubby..
