Bea Alonzo shies away from ‘primetime queen’ tag

Despite the success of all her teleseryes, from “Kay Tagal KangHinintay” to “I Love Betty La Fea,” Bea Alonzo said she still needs tolearn a lot in the business.
Alonzo, who has been dubbed as the new queen of Philippine primetimetelevision, said her achievements are still nothing compared toClaudine Barretto and Judy Ann Santos.
"Alam nyo po, ang taas ng respeto ko sa mga taong iyon. Tingin ko, angdami nilang pinagdaanan bago nila marating 'yong tuktok na 'yon.Feeling ko, ang dami ko pang dapat kainin na bigas, ang dami ko pangdapat pagdaanan," Alonzo said.
She also said she does not focus on becoming primetime television's top audience drawer.
"Hindi naman nasa utak ko na kailangan marating ko iyon. Para sa akin,‘yong matutunan ko siguro, ‘yong gaya last year, ‘yong kailangan mongi-enjoy ‘yong momentum," she said. Entertainment Live

that I dont know. Betty will run til June or July i think. They were extended. |

Indeed. It reigned in the no.1 spot for weeks then moved to 2nd spot since the airing of Tayong Dalawa in the nationwide ratings. |
