sebulan rm60 for 8kelas (seminggu 2kali, sejam satu sesi)
kira oklah....bdn rasa fit....
semua pompuan gaks..leh free hair... |

aku kena situasi pelik...
sbb tgh2 exercise... boleh rasa mengantuk dan menguap....
napa ye... aku je ke rasa gitu...? |

i memang tengah mencari kelas aerobik kat bangi ni..seksyen mana yer?..baru abih pantang ni got a lot of kgs to lose, beb..
and the classes..hari apa?..pukul brapa?..
anyone knows about yoga classes in bangi, as well..?
so far kat az-zahrah woman wellness centre jek ada..but yoga is only twice a week, tuesday (9am..camno nak pi ni..den kojo..) and friday at 6.00pm..for around rm150/month.. |

sebab bila exercise, body metabolisme meningkat and more blood is pumped throughout ur body..more oxigen is needed.. |

i dah start my fitness regime kat PW. dia suh do cardio for 8 sessions, after that baru dia draw up a fitness regime for me. i kata nak bagi ass ni tight and lose the saddlebags! nyampah nengok!!
mula2 dia wat physical test...result dia, i ni in the healthy range. cuma i need to strengthen my heart..so dia tak beat too fast at a certain endurance level. hari tu my heart rate was 160 masa dia wat the physical test tu. dia kata, it means my heart has to pump many times to get the blood and oxygen to my muscles. dia kata elok if at peak performance, heart cam steady aje, not too fast...maknanya the heart is strong and can really pump the blood throughout the body. so i aim nak reduce my heart rate to about 130 beats per min.
dia kata masa kita guna treadmill or whatever cardio machine, like for me, try to maintain the heart rate at 126-130...then i'll be burning calories as well as increasing my basal metabolic rate. the aim dia kata is to increase our metabolic rate so that we burn fat even when our body is at rest. so dia kata...if my heart beats kat abt 90 p.m gitu...mcm jalan lenggang2 kangkong la...tak de makna! if the heart beats 140-160 p.m...dia kata will tire me, and that will be counter-productive. buatkan kita tak leh nak do the cardio exercise for long...sat je dah mengah and we tend to stop. so yg elok is to maintain at a rate yg body can take...and we must do lama...abt 1 hr consistently gitu. leh la brisk walk for 30 mins, then 10 mins on stepper, 10 mins on bike. 10 mins on rowing machine. gitu le.
mcmnana nak tau our heart rate masa exercise? kat the machines ada cam steel parts yg boleh kita pegang that will show how fast the heart is beating. i hope the above info will help those yg guna gym tak de trainers. tak de la all our hard work go to waste kan. so the gist is....maintain a consistent speed that will increase ur metabolic rate, and do consistently over a period of time..and per session, 30 mins and above.
ni la rupa i now. hopefully in 3 months...leaner la tubuh ku ini!!

u can try Myfitness kat sri petaling......i think fm bangi taklah jauh sgt.....
if you enroll 4 1 year....montly dlm rm130++....
facilities semua okay...+ classes mcm cardio tu memang best like body combat, body jam, body pump, step, yoga, pilates, RPM(bicycle) and etc....
I dah joint almost 10 monts...and i really enjoy..... |

I joined Cnergy, yuran RM55 p/m but you have to pay upfront RM660. Ni tolak dr Credit Card.
So taklah rasa rugi sgt kalau pi 2-3 times a week.. |

kalu kat kajang , ada fitness centre kat sg chua tuh,(dekat lah jgk dgn bangi, kan?) nama TLS fitness centre. facilities pun byk kat sana, ada swimming class lagik, tapi bercampur lah laki pompuan.. |
