But which part? can you just highlighting the so called provoking?I'm referring to my first deducted comment, not the rest.

Any judgment must comes with the justifications.
Even in the court, every single decision made by judge must be justifiable.
Otherwise, it will be reversed or overruled.
Law is law, but it must be done and fairly exercised

im also a lawyer. very much well verse in litigation so on and so forth. thanks. so no need to go legal lingo with me. thanks

this is not the court of law. i have specified ANY PROVOCATION posting will be deducted. that is specific enough. in contracts specific rules over general. you are provoking her to counter your psoting which does not relates to the topic of this thread. need i justify more?

so im asking again, Do not post any provocation postings be it innuendo or direct.

btw: there is no need to know whether "thread sendu" have legal implications or not. should you are genuinely legally sound, this is notably a very lame excuse to provoke the other end. 'thread sendu" or what not, it does not carry wieght in this thread. so drop it.
