Simple Hummus
1. Soak 1c. chick peas overnight, then drain. (kalau nak senang beli dalam tin punya)
2. Rebus dalam air until soft.
3. Drain beans, reserving liquid. Buangkan kulit kacang tu...Puree beans in food processor with 1/4 c. lemon juice (I used a little less lemon juice because that's all I had, and it tasted lemony enough for me) & enough of the cooking liquid to achieve desired texture (I added about 1/2 c).
4. Add grated zest of 1 lemon,
5. 1 fresh minced garlic clove,
6. 1/2 tsp cumin,
7. 1/2 tsp ground coriander,
8. 1/8 tsp cayenne,
9. At very end, mix in everything and serve with fresh veggie/chips/pita bread.. |

cuba korang try couliflower & broccoli gratin, best, antara veg kegemaran aku. simple jer.
cara
broccoli dan couliflower di stimkan sehingga al dante
gratin:
olive oil, garlic paste, double cream, grated cheddar cheese, veg paste sket dan seasoning dimasak sehingga likat.
setelah itu, kemudian dicurah keatas aldante veg tersebut
masukkan semula kedalam oven utk 10 minit. dan ready tu serve.
resipe veg western paling sedap kat oxford setakat nih ron penah cuba. |

Gratin tu macam lauk Mrs. Main dishnya could be meat or fish...apalah nak malunya. Cali pun sama jugak macam you dulu tak tau apa-apa... |
