Mcm mana accomodation price kat sana?.I dengar2 for mahal than Dubai.
It;s true?
Yup, rental in Abu Dhabi lagi mahal from Dubai... sbb Abu Dhabi tak byk housing development mcm dubai... kat dubai, apartment baru bersepah, so ade competition, landlord tak boleh laa nak letak harga mahal melampau sangat. Kat Abu Dhabi, bandar dia tertumpu... apartment byk dlm bandar... kalu villa pulak byk outskirt... rumah agak mahal, sbb tak byk pilihan.. so, landlord mmg suka2 hati je nak taruk harga, nak tak nakorg kene amik gak rumah.
Pastu kat UAE ni mmg standard, every year ade rental increament about 7%... dedulu lagi teruk... sampai 15%, tp now government dah control sikit. Then biasa laa kan, rental kene bayar annually terus... mmg leceh sikit camni. |

ape kebende ni? post reply tak lepas2.. takpe laa try again...
abu dhabi punya rental mahal sikit from dubai. sebabnya kat dubai dah byk housing development siap, so byk competition, landlord tak leh nak letak price gila2 mahal. kat abu dhabi plak, tak byk apartment baru2.... yg ade baru siap, harga pun harga baru laa...
from my personal observation;
apartment bangunan LAMA (kat dlm bandar) 2 bedroom apartment range from 60-80k per year. 3 bedroom around 90k - 120k per year.
apartment bangunan BARU (kat dlm bandar) 2 bedroom apartment range from 100k -120k per year... 3 bedroom around 130k or 150k onwards.. mmg laa melampau mahal.
seelok2nya, biar company yg sediakan rumah, sbb rental rumah kat UAE every year naik around 7%, so company selalu dpt better rate & they can cover that increament. Iimagine every year, makin naik.. and kene bayar rental terus lum sum utk setahun, leh demam gak.
Kalau villa plak, yg baru2 siap tuh, outskirt sikit.. dlm 20-30mins from the city, not that bad... villa selalu minimum 4 or 5 bedroom... harga rental setahun around 250k per year kot paling murah....
tapi u ade option lain, duduk outskirt sikit, maybe 45mins (without traffic) from the city.. situ sewa rumah murah sikit.. cuma kawasan padang pasiaq je laa sekeliling... ade gak buat camtu, especially yg bujang2....for example kawasan shahama or mafraq or mussafah (still part of abu dhabi, tp jauh sket from bandar)
emm apa2 pun, kat UAE ni, gaji u byk kene bayar rumah laa... lelain tu still reasonable.. yg best kereta laa murah.
kalu sesapa yg nak keje sini & ade family and plan nak bawak family ke abu dhabi, my personal opinion, rasa2 total package (termasuk allowance rumah etc) at least 20k-25k per month tu just nice (depending berapa kids & wife hantu shopping ke tak hehehe)... if less than that, struggle jugak... sekolah pun mahal... tp ade jugak laa org2 mcm filipino / pakistan tu semua tak kisah gaji less than 10k... depa duduk rumah sharing... lagi pun, for them better dpt gaji kat UAE, drpd takde kerja kat negara derang sendiri. |

Hi Silmarwene,
Thanks for your info.So complete and detail.
Actually my hubby tengah tunggu offer either 3country Abu Dhabi,Doha and Bahrain.
I more prefer Doha or Abu Dhabi tapi ini semua terpulang kepada rezeki Allah nak berikan.
I more prefer Apartment in new buinding instead of Villa sebab atleast my husband pergi kerja dapat la I pergi melepak kat Marina Mall or Villago ke
Kalau di Abu Dhabi Apartment dia semuanyer ada swimming pool, gym etc ke? or just for stay only?
So far my hubby dapat package salary+ Accomodation and Education provided.
Do you think is good deal for us survive kat Abu Dhabi?

rental Doha pun lebih kurang la macam abu dhabi. Rasenye (according kawan2 ku kat sini) apartment 3 bilik, lebih 10K per month tu selalunye fully furnish. Bawah 10k tu selalu nye semi furnish. Setahu sy sewa apartment yg rendah tak furninsh... 7.5K - 3 bedroom. Tapi rasenye susah le nak dpt rege camni lagi. Kalau ade pun macam kata Silmarwene, bangunan lama. Maybe tak de ac, kena pasang sendiri.
Then location, kalau area yg popular tu, apartment mahal ler...kalau ade gym swimming pool lagi ler...above 16K rasenye.
Villa ...tengok location gak...min 20=25K per month 4 bedroom. Ade gak 30K per month kalau bilik more than 4 bedroom.
Gov sini baru announce rental increament every two years, brp % tak sure.
Maaf yea tak dpt bg detail sgt sebab sy tak de experience cari apartment or villa, so tak alert sgt housing rental kat sini. Ni pun dpt info bila join kawan2 cari viila or aprtment...nyibuk la jugak. |

Zentex,
Saya tinggal dekat TV Roundabout, sewa villa lama (refurbished) kat situ.
LVgirl,
Saya kerja construction line so lunch break 2 jam 12 ~ 2pm. Tp letih gak sbb kerja 6 days/week.
Kat Dubai & Abu Dhabi sewa bayar 1 year in advance so make sure company provide financial assistance utk bayar sewa tu. Kalau x kena amik bank loan utk bayar sewa, so interest pun kena amik kira gak. Di Doha ni sewa boleh bayar pakai post-dated chq.
Basically cost of living for family with 2 children.
Housing (3 bedrooms) 9k (varies depends on luck!)
Car 2k
Kids Education 2x2k 4k
Groceries 2k
---------
Total 17k

Zentex,
I rasa kat Doha punya rental still murah than Abu Dhabi.
Mcm you mentioned 10k for fully furnished apartment di Doha tapi di Abu Dhabi 10k only for 2bed room apartment without furnished.
I rasa Doha cost of living tak semahal kat Abu Dhabi ni kan.
Plus kat Doha quality of life much better than AUH ni. |
