As hitting the top rank at the audience rating, MLSCR stood as the K-culture pride with the honor of winning the grand prize of Korea Brand Awards.
At the grand ballroom of the Federation of the Korean Industries on 28th, the SBS Mon-Tue drama, MLSHR (script by Jo Yoon-yeong/ directing by Kim Tae-gyu) won the grand prize in ‘Global Korea’ category in recognition of its role in the exchange of cultural contents.
MLSHR has broken its own record high of rating( by Nielsen Korea capital region) on 24-25 when the episode 17-18 were aired.
As a non-profit award, Korea Brand Awards, hosted by Korea Marketing Association, was organized in 2013 to help raise the competitiveness of the state industries. MLSHR was acknowledged its credit for leading in active cultural contents exchanges between Korea and China.
It’s more encouraging that this award proved the worthiness as the global contents as the drama took the top rank. Above all, MLSHR has not only been the Hallyu ambassador leading the K-culture amid the great buzz but also has it improved the state of the global contents. The concerned person of MLSHR was quoted as saying “Thank you the fans in and out of Korea for supporting and loving continuously”
MLSHR official SNS(facebook, weibo, twitter) has been the arena for diverse opinions and discussions by international fans. Facebook has over 72,000 likes and postings get hundreds of comments. Also, let alone the popularity in overseas, the drama clips in the biggest portal site domestically, Naver has over 80,000,000 views.
MLSHR is being aired simultaneously on different platforms in Asian countries such as Japan, China, Taiwan, Hongkong as well as Australia, North and South America. In overseas, OST which is the barometer of a drama’s popularity is also breaking records of sales.
MLSHR has exceeded grand record of 2billion views in YOUKU, the biggest online video channel. KKTV, the Taiwan VOD service site, ranked no.1 live show clicks. Also the drama is staying on the top in Korean drama ranking in Hongkong LeEco TV.
The drama is also being aired to the American viewers through the global Video platform DramaFever and the popularity has kept the drama on No.1 in chart since October.
With the contract with Netflix, the biggest global streaming service company, the buzz and popularity are expected to continue.
MLSHR episode 19 will be broadcast on 31st Oct and the finale episode will air on 1st NOV.

tinggal Woo Hee nye nasib je samada dia mati atau tak... kita tunggu
harapan tuna untuk ending... Soo n Wang So sememangnya tak ditakdirkan bersama sebab chemistry sebagai couple mmg tak ada... tak sekufu gitu...
tuna tak nak sangat-sangat happy ending.. too cliche... too good to be true coz in real life (Hae Soo real life) dia selalu ada masalah cinta....

berminat nak tgk scarlet heart versi china.. nampaknya scarlet heart versi cina lagi strong karekter dia.. watak heroine lebih menonjol dah lebih berwarna warni.. sayang kalau bkn iu yg bawak watak nih.. mgkin jung ki tak terlalu overshadow lakonan iu... scarlet heart versi cina mmg satu drama yang matang dan menitik beratkan pelbagai aspek. sedih juga sebab scarlet heart ryea berkisarkan kisah benar (tidak pasti versi cina berkisarkan kisah benar atau tidak).. tidak digarap sedangkan ia merupakan kisah yang memberi kesan kepada sejarah... masih menonton scarlet heart versi cina. mmg nampak mainan emosi versi cina nih.. so versi korea hanya nak hadap si jungki jek.. okbai..
