Pandainya. Pegang kaki tangan minta permission bagai minta maaf bagai. kat trial overseas ni kerja kerja defence team nak 'cuci' imej accused. Yg ni and lain portrayed as 'angel' macam takde salah langsung. Puihhh.

tu la pasal, ramai mempersoalkan kenapa tak lari/lawan, sudahlah Canny tu pemegang tali pinggang hitam taekwondo... kemudian dabik dada cakap "oh kalo kena kat aku, aku akan buat ini akan buat itu etc..." Sedangkan ketua CID Abu Bakar bg tahu dlm doku tuh; mcm mana nak lari... time tuh kan masih gelap dlm pkl 1-2pg, berada di tempat yg ko sendirik tak tau kat mana, pastuh cedera ditikam. Cakap memang senang lah, katanya. Pakar jenayah Dr Geshina pon bg pandangan sama -- ko boleh bayangkan apa saja ko nak buat saat genting mcm tu, tp imaginasi dan realiti tetap tak sama. Ko kena berada dlm tempat org tu baru ko tau.

I can't believe there were/are actually people who were/are asking questions like "Why didn't Canny Ong try to escape?" or "Why didn't Canny Ong fight back, considering that she had a black belt in Taekwondo?".
First, how many of you have ever been kidnapped and held at knife-point while the attacker/kidnapper is aggressively threatening you with death? She was very likely in deep shock and fear when she was kidnapped. Unless you grew up in "the hood" or in an active war zone, you would probably not expect anyone to have the "audacity" to push you into your own car, hold you at knife-point, threaten to kill you if you don't do as he says, aggressively order you to defy an on-duty police officer's order for you to step out of the car, brazenly speed away from an on-duty police officer, and then rape and stab you. In the deepest parts of your mind, you (like most people) are probably thinking, "Such fucked up things only happen to other people and on TV, it's never going to happen to me..." My point is you really don't know how you will actually react in a certain situation until you are shoved into one of these types of situations yourself.
Second, in today's world of heavily commercialized "martial arts", having a "black belt" in a "martial art" actually doesn't mean as much as what many people think. Here in the United States, we often see little kids and young scrawny teens being "awarded" "black belts" simply because their parents have spent more than a certain amount of money for their children to "train" in a certain "martial arts school" / "dojo" for two or three years (regardless of their actual skill/discipline achievements). Not only that, most "martial arts practitioners" today have little to know "street experience". That is, they pretty much spend most of their martial arts lives in the "controlled environment" of the dojo where everyone is most likely unarmed and dutifully "plays" by a set of "rules". This means that the average martial arts practitioner today ( Canny Ong included) is, for the most part, unprepared when it comes to facing opponents who:
1) do not play by anyone's rules,
2) attack out of nowhere and without introducing themselves,
3) are wielding weapons like knives, shanks etc.
Not only that, the average martial arts practitioner today is not trained to endure "physical punishment/pain". That is, the sight of an attacker with a blade and the thought of getting cut/stabbed with a blade is enough to mentally "freeze up" your average modern-day martial arts practitioner. This, I personally believe, is one of the reasons Canny Ong didn't fight back. And, martial arts movies don't help either. Many of these films deceive people into believing that a martial arts practitioner can always win a fight without suffering a single scratch, bruise, bump etc.
Last but not least, Canny Ong, like most people who get caught in these kinds of situations, was probably hoping that she herself would be allowed to come out of this ordeal with as little injury as possible (and with her life) as long as she did not resist her knife-wielding kidnapper/rapist.

I juz don get it kenapa berkata baik2 tentang Ahmad Najib.
Walau diupah ke mutual consentt (spt yg forumer kongsi tu) dah sah2 dia ada bukti dia menyetubuhi si mati. Kalau betul solat 5 waktunya diterima Allah, tidaklah beliau melakukan dosa yg terang dan nyata.
