Shirota: This is the first time all students of the drama are gathered here, the atmosphere is really interesting! During filming breaks, the atmosphere feels like one of a real school. It’s enjoyable just by seeing Haruma and Anne chatting away.
Miura: Yuu-kun is really kind, the filming set became enjoyable because of him. He’s funny, he sings well and so on. For some reason, he kept singing the songs from “Past Japan Stories” today.
Shirota: I find myself singing when I’m happy (laugh) With Haruma, we became familiar very quickly after we first met. The drama is easy to act too, there are always many conversations going on.
Anne: It’s because 3 of us graduated from the same high school.
Shirota: That’s right. Because of this, we have many conversations regarding our high school memories.
Miura: Since I’m the most junior here, I can’t go against these two strict seniors (laugh).
Anne: Eh, no such thing (laugh).
Shirota: (agreeing with Anne) We all got along very well (laugh).

Miura Haruma and Sato Takeru Jointly Release DVD
The very busy and extremely popular actors Miura Haruma and Sato Takeru will release a DVD titled 'HT ～N.Y. no Chushin-de Nabe o Tsutsuku～ [lit. 'Eating Japanese Hot Pot (Stew) in the Middle of New York']'. It shows a trip they took to New York which doubled as their summer holiday. Miura Haruma became popular for appearing in the drama/movie 'Gokusen', while Sato Takeru gained fame for his role in the drama/movie 'ROOKIES'. The two became good friends after costarring in the 2008 drama 'Bloody Monday'. They often enjoy eating 'nabe (Japanese hot pot or stew)' together, and also compete with each other as rival actors.
In the DVD, the two enjoy their first trip to New York by visiting such places as Central Park and Times Square. The DVD is packed with rare footage of their genuine reactions; fans will get to see them being astonished and excited at every stop. People who watch the DVD will also get to hear their honest thoughts on a variety of subjects as they walk around the streets of New York. Because of their heightened popularity it would have been extremely difficult if they had tried to do the same in Japan.
After enjoying watching a musical in Broadway, they took dance lessons at the Broadway Dance Center with other students. They also seriously attempted to act spontaneously in an unscripted play.
On Brooklyn Bridge the two showed a more mischievous side as they tried to find out if a time-honored Japanese joke actually works. They say to passersby 'Hotta imo ijikuruna', which roughly means 'Don't play with the potatoes you dug up.' But when it's pronounced faster, it sounds more like 'What time is it now?' They became really excited when the New Yorkers actually understood what they were saying.

Miura Haruma presents his costume to those who buy a photo book.
Actor Miura Haruma will present a piece of his costume that he wore on stages to 1000 selected fans who buy his new photo book "Ｓｗｉｔｃｈ."（release date: February 5)
Last summer, Miura worked with 地球ゴージャス/Chikyu(=earth) Gorgeous, a unit produced by 岸谷五朗/Kishitani Goro and 寺脇康文/Terawaki Yasufumi, and successfully finished the whole 67 stages (90,000 audiences in total) of "星の大地に降る涙/Hoshi no Daichi ni Furu Namida,"the tenth commemoration play of Chikyu Gorgeous.
The costume is what he actually wore on every stage and of course the one and only clothes with his sweat soaked throughout the whole plays. Miura said, "Cutting the costume, I was imagining my fans, being happy to have this and taking care of it. I feel very appreciated." After cut, a piece will be laminated like a card and a serial number will be marked. And this will be on the cover of a magazine, "ａｎａｎ," published on January 27. It has been the first time in 10 years that a teenager male talent appears on the cover. The detail of how to apply will be announced on the magazine as well.

Cast Comment: Miura Haruma
'Bloody Monday' was the first time that I played a lead role, it was a strong piece of work and I'm glad to be able to participate in it again. I'll do my best to show how the main character Fujimaru, as well as Miura Haruma, has grown.
I think viewers from the last season, and also those watching for the first time, will enjoy this production. In the drama 'Bloody Monday', my character Takagi Fujimaru is up against national terrorism. Who's the real enemy? What's their agenda? It's a continuous flurry of heart-pumping developments, and I myself am looking forward to them.
Working together with the staff and cast in filming, I'd like this drama to be one that goes beyond everyone's imagination every week. Please look forward to it!
