yg jenis macam bawah ni, yg paling kanan, cuma tambah air panas je. ada banyak2 brand, UCC ke, Ichibo ke. Nescafe gold pun ada, tapi i tak minum brand nescafe

actly i masih belum dpt stop minum kopi tanpa gula
at least mesti 2 sudu kecil utk secawan kopi

nescafe mmg x sedap minum tanpa gula

I started coffee tanpa gula sebab i pantang betul beli kopi tapi rasa gula/susu lebih dari rasa kopi. walhal nak rasa kopi tu. mungkin boleh start by reducing from 2 tablespoons to 1 tablespoon dulu ke.. tapi kalau coffee ada milk/krimer saje memang tak sedap tanpa gula sikit, unless cafe latte mcm mcd tu memang i tak letak sugar juga, tu boleh pulak minum gitu je, bancuh sendiri rasa tak sedap pulak

tu dulu la, now sejak berdua I need to cut caffeine buat masa ni

mmg ngam dgn tekak sy
tapi kalau kopi lain2 yg kurang atau xde rs gula
hanya rs creamy je mmg x masuk

yer skg tgh try reduce lg gula ke 1 1/2 spoon
mmg rasa tu kurenggg tp kena serasikan laa
saaampaii tekak ni boleh terima kopi tanpa gula

owhh tgh pregnant yer??

bila perut n otak dpt terima keadaan berlapar tuu

sy pun x lah terus buat omad
memula try seminggu 2 hari je omad
pastu naik ke 5 hari
then tmbh ke 7 hari
cmtu laa sy buat
skg ni mmg dh fully omad
hari ni sy try nk buat 30 jam
hihii...
nk rasa cmne buat EF pulak

rasa lemah badan bila buat OMAD sebab i totally tak ambik sugar. so now stick to IF 16:8 atau 17:7 gitu je. asalkan aman.

pernah try 2 kali aritu. serius rasa nak mati n lemah gila badan. maybe sebab i totally tak ambik sugar kot. u buat OMAD ada ambik sugar tak? for energy.

sy makan nasi putih+lauk2 so mmg karbo akn tukar jd gula dlm bdn kannn

gula dr minuman hanya dr kopi o itu pun 2sudu kecil secawan

kdg x minum habis secawan punn sbb rs cpt sgt kenyang

I saje ni nk update
hari tu kan I try buat 30jam
terlanjur sampai 31jam ye gaiss sbb hadap jem so lmbt sampai ke rumah
tobatt...
mb kalau buat lg 30 jam next year je laaa

hari tu masuk jam yg ke 26 kepala dh seakan berhalusinasi
nk hilangkan rs berpinar2 tu I minum air byk
smpai asyik laa ke toilet
hahahhaaa
betul laa org ckp
bdn kena betul2 fit kalau nk buat EF ni
kena betul2 org yg sihat n xde mslh kesihatan
sekian perkongsian I buat ms ni.

rumah sy beli gula july ari tu 1 kg sebab kawan2 dtg cuti kat rumah dari malaysia, beli utk depa.
otherwise mmg takde gula rumah sy
WALAUBAGAIMANAPUN, fruits ada gula sucrose nya, rice ada gula carbs nye, kuih yg org2 melayu  ni  buat adoiiiiiii manis  sgt2
sy rasa agak mual jika kopi sy ada gula

16 jam puasa tu boleh je minum apa2 air tanpa kalori
cth air mineral, teh hijau (tanpa gula), kopi (tanpa gula)
light coke or diet coke (sebab 0 kalori)

selain dari tu adalah dilarang.

I sebenarnya sgttt malas nk exercise
kalau x pernah buat apa2 diet sblm ni
penurunan berat tetap ade
tp kalau dah pernah plateu mcm I
berat nk turun agak slowww...
sebulan 1 kg pun ssh tp inchloss mmg tetap ada
boleh rasa baju seluar semua longgar
n badan rs ringan wpun berat statik

kalau nk bdn fit n kulit tak bergelambir kena la exercise sis
mcm I exercise yg I buat cuma HIIT n Plank je
x sampai 10 minit sehari (hahahahaa pemalass terukk)

sis cuba la buat IF dulu
sebulan ke 3 bulan tanpa exercise
